Kinoshita Hideyoshi grabbed Saiki's hand and said earnestly, "Starting from today, Saiki, please become opposite-sex brothers with this old one."

For some reason, Hideyoshi's popularity seemed higher than a lot of the girls in the class. Just from him holding hands, it drew murderous glares from a bunch of guys, along with some really creepy vibes.
"Shikimori, your aura is really scary. Tone it down a bit." Kitagawa Marin, who sat next to Shikimori, couldn't help reminding her when she saw Shikimori entering that state again.
"No way, Hideyoshi-kun. How can a girl just casually hold a boy's hand?" Finally, Shikimori couldn't stand it anymore. She stepped forward with a dark expression, forcing a smile as she reminded him.
"This old one is a boy. Why won't you people believe me?" Hideyoshi was truly speechless. Was there something wrong with these people?

Kubo Nagisa directly stepped in, separating the two and standing in front of Saiki. "Alright, Hideyoshi-kun, stop spouting nonsense. Keep your distance."

Saiki raised an eyebrow. [What's with you? Don't tell me you're here to challenge me again. Fine, I accept. Let's make it this week's challenge. If I win, don't bother me for the rest of the month.]
Itsuki quickly waved his hands. "What are you talking about? I'm not an idiot. Challenging you, the top student in our year, on an exam? That'd be like looking for shit with a lantern in a public toilet."

Akihisa tossed out a pencil. It rolled, showing ABCD options written on it for multiple-choice questions.

Akihisa flashed his big white teeth and gave a thumbs-up. "Of course!"

Tsuchiya Kouta patted Akihisa's shoulder with a sad look in his eyes. "It's okay. It's just one exam. If you fail this time, there's always next time. Don't take it to heart. You worked hard."
