Chapter 56 - Six Eyes Lv.4 and the Approaching Delivery

While absorbing energy, Aurelius Viremont needed to use the Six Eyes to perform fine-tuned manipulation, causing the skill's experience points to increase steadily. Although the growth rate was not as fast as Energy Absorption, it had finally reached the limit of Level 3.

[Six Eyes Lv.3 (903/1000): Grants a 360-degree long-range perspective, the ability to see the flow of energy, and incredible dynamic vision, allowing the holder to perform precise energy operations.]

Judging by the patterns of previous upgrades, skill effects receive a qualitative leap upon reaching a new level. As the skill moved from Lv.3 to Lv.4, a massive transformation was bound to occur.

Aurelius Viremont wondered: what specific effects would the Lv.4 Six Eyes bring?

He activated the Six Eyes at full power, scrutinizing his surroundings while maintaining extreme control over his energy flow to grind out those final experience points!

Six Eyes XP +1

...

Finally, several hours later, a distinct system notification chimed:

Six Eyes XP +1

Congratulations! Your skill [Six Eyes] has leveled up!

[Six Eyes Lv.4 (1/5000): Grants a 360-degree long-range perspective, the ability to see the flow of energy, incredible dynamic vision, and X-ray vision. Allows the holder to perform extremely fine-tuned energy operations.]

His absolute visual range exploded—doubling, tripling, quadrupling... finally stopping at five times its previous limit! His vision now spanned a staggering ten kilometers!

Beyond the expanded range, his X-ray vision had been significantly enhanced. Within those ten kilometers, he could observe everything; no physical barrier could obstruct his sight. Of course, there might be exceptions—exotic metals or Kamar-Taj's magical arrays might still be able to hide from his gaze, but he had yet to encounter them.

Most importantly, the upgrade drastically improved his energy efficiency. There was now zero wasted energy when releasing skills! His energy vision could also detect even subtler flows: human body heat, the movement of wind currents, solar radiation, and even the massive planetary defense array anchored by Kamar-Taj and the Sanctums in New York, London, and Hong Kong.

Looking up, he saw the boundless barrier enveloping the entire sky. This was the very array that shielded Earth from the prying eyes of Dimensional Lords and outside interference.

Retracting his gaze, Aurelius Viremont turned his attention back to the system panel. After this period of continuous absorption, his template integration had increased significantly:

[Template Integration: 78%]

Just two more percentage points to reach 80%, which should unlock a new skill. Since almost all of Satoru Gojo's standard abilities were already unlocked, reaching 80% would likely grant him Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void!

As the pinnacle technique of the Jujutsu world, a Domain makes all abilities "sure-hit." Specifically, Unlimited Void drags an opponent into the inner side of the Limitless, forcing their brain to undergo infinite cycles of "perception" and "transmission" just to stay alive. This generates a massive influx of invalid information, causing the brain to cease functioning, leaving the target a vegetable.

Aurelius Viremont was excited. He wondered how Unlimited Void would evolve as its level increased.

Just then, a portal opened beside him, and a figure stepped through.

It was Tony, but he wasn't dressed in his usual playboy attire; he wore the yellow robes of a monk. Through the Six Eyes, Aurelius Viremont could clearly see the energy circulating within Tony—he had evidently made massive strides at Kamar-Taj!

But Tony was still Tony. Despite the Sorcerer Supreme's guidance, his personality remained unchanged. Upon seeing Aurelius Viremont, he complained with his typical flair:

"My God, when I arrived at my seaside villa, why was I greeted by nothing but empty water? Even the coastline has changed! Aurelius Viremont, can you tell me what happened?"

Aurelius Viremont replied perfunctorily, "Maybe a meteorite just happened to fall on your house."

Tony choked on his words. Fine, that's classic Aurelius Viremont. However, Tony didn't dwell on a few hundred million dollars' worth of real estate. He headed toward the underground lab, muttering:

"Don't disturb me, Aurelius Viremont. I have important work! My God, the interaction between magic and technology... it's magnificent!"

Seeing Tony rushing to build a new magical suit of armor, Aurelius Viremont used gravity to pull him back. Under Tony's confused gaze, Aurelius Viremont said slowly:

"Did you forget? I have one more important piece of news for you. Don't you want to know the truth about your parents' death...?"

After informing Tony that his parents hadn't died in a car accident but were murdered by the Winter Soldier, Aurelius Viremont left the villa. He had no intention of living with another man.

In exchange for this information—and as a "finder's fee" for introducing him to the Sorcerer Supreme—Aurelius Viremont requested the shares that once belonged to Obadiah Stane. He was now the second-largest shareholder of Stark Industries and a newly minted billionaire.

He moved into another villa he had previously purchased. After some "recreation" with several Hollywood starlets, Aurelius Viremont reached a state of zen-like calm. He lay in the living room enjoying a massage while flipping through the TV.

Suddenly, a news broadcast caught his eye.

A familiar face appeared on the screen: the rising star of journalism, Eddie Brock. He was at a gala, and the background was pure chaos—screams and panicking crowds filled the luxury hall. Brock was speaking frantically into the camera. It was clearly a raw, unplanned live broadcast; his clothes were even stained with dirt.

(Note: Venom — Eddie Brock)

Despite being at the scene of a terrorist attack, the "death-defying" journalist maintained his professional edge:

"Hello everyone, I am reporter Eddie Brock. I am currently at the scene of a gala. Just moments ago, a mysterious man wielding a strange scepter attacked this event, killing numerous innocent people..."

Looking at the familiar gala scene from the movies and the long-haired man in a suit wielding the scepter in the distance, Aurelius Viremont pushed the starlets aside. He used gravity to pull his scattered clothes to his hand. Ignoring the women's complaints, he dressed and walked toward the door.

The "delivery" was here. It was time to go pick it up.

At that same moment, several "shooting stars" streaked across the sky, leaving beautiful trails before landing in unknown corners... certain alien organisms were about to join the upcoming drama!
