Water. It was the first thing Mira felt once her consciousness slipped right back to her.
More water. It poured on her face along with something soaked. Mira could not help but squeeze her already shut eyes. A moan snuck out of her face, followed by a groan.
"She's awake!"
"Really? That's splendid!"
"Go and call for the mighty cheetah!"
"I knew from the day I smelt it that they were up to no good, hehe."
The voices in the background blended into Mira's ears and this made her brows crease. Her eyes were still shut and from her body's position, she could tell she was lying down. Mira's fingers felt what she was laid on. It was soft and furry. She was on a bed that was for sure.
"Please shut up, your noise is hurting my ears." Mira groaned. She water still flooded down her face so she could not open her eyes. Mira tried to sit up but a body pushed her back down.
