As the Fourth Raikage's figure flashed by, the right arm of Fugaku's Susanoo instantly disintegrated.

The inextinguishable black flames materialized right in front of the Fourth Raikage.
The Raikage frowned slightly as the black fire rapidly expanded toward him. Pushing off the ground, he dodged out of the way in a swift blur.
'He actually dodged Amaterasu!' Seeing this, Fugaku was filled with shock.
"Hell Stab: Two-Finger Nukite!"
The Fourth Raikage's tyrannical voice rang out. Fugaku immediately went on the defensive, his Susanoo's right arm quickly regenerating and crossing firmly in front of its chest to block.
But Fugaku's actions were in vain, because he wasn't the Fourth Raikage's target at all.
Cloaked in a thick, protective layer of Lightning Release chakra, the Fourth Raikage went full speed—a speed proven capable of evading Amaterasu—and transformed into a blinding streak of blue light.
If it weren't for the fact that Jie Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan had been enhanced by his System, which concurrently improved his dynamic vision, he really might not have been able to track the Raikage's movements.
But seeing the attack coming was one thing; evading it was another. The massive bulk of the Susanoo severely restricted his dodging capabilities.

'I can't keep fighting like this. My right arm is injured. Without the One-Finger Nukite, I can't break this turtle shell. Besides, I can't delay any longer with B and Yugito in danger.'
Numerous thoughts flashed through the Fourth Raikage's mind in an instant. By the time he refocused, a massive fist was already hurtling toward his face.
"You dare get distracted while fighting me?" Jie said flatly.
Suspended in mid-air with nothing to push off of, the Fourth Raikage had no second option. He had to brace himself and take the Susanoo's punch head-on.
Boom! The Susanoo's devastatingly heavy punch sent the Fourth Raikage plummeting like a meteor, smashing a deep crater into the earth.
But a second later, the crater erupted as the Fourth Raikage vaulted out, his face visibly bruised and swollen.
"Hell Stab: One-Finger Nukite!"
The Fourth Raikage roared, instantly funneling his swirling lightning chakra into his uninjured left hand. The piercing power of the One-Finger Nukite was exponentially greater than its three or two-fingered variations.
Jie grew internally vigilant. Just in case, he preemptively activated the Domain of Bansho, waiting for the Fourth Raikage to walk right into his trap.
Accompanied by a furious war cry, the Fourth Raikage pushed his speed to its absolute limit.
He became a streak of blue light so fast that even Jie's enhanced Mangekyo Sharingan almost lost track of him.
Watching the blue light rapidly close in on him, a cold smirk graced Jie's lips.
'It's over.'
As long as the Fourth Raikage stepped into his Domain of Bansho, the war between Kumogakure and Konoha would be over before it even began.
But to Jie's surprise, when the Fourth Raikage was just one single step away from entering the domain... he suddenly changed direction. The blue streak of light veered off sharply, rushing straight toward Killer B and Yugito's location.
'A ninja's intuition?' A flicker of surprise crossed Jie's face. Did the Fourth Raikage sense the domain's existence and alter his course at the last second?
Or was his goal Killer B and Yugito from the very beginning, and the ultimate One-Finger Nukite was merely a feint to draw his attention?

His first instinct was to intercept the Raikage's rescue attempt, but before he could act, Jie forcefully stopped himself.
He suddenly realized that letting the Raikage escape with his people aligned much better with his own plans.
