Chapter 152 - Let Him Watch

"Heh..." Lin Feng let out a low, dark chuckle.

"Touched and happy?" My ass.

This was nothing but a girl playing it cool while drowning in peak-level humiliation.

That moron Chen Mo was parading her around like she was some prize trophy, totally oblivious to the fact that his girlfriend was forced to smile while carrying someone else's "prize" inside her.

"What's so funny, Feng?" Zhu Dawei asked, glancing up from the bottom bunk at Lin Feng.

"Nothing," Lin Feng said, putting his phone away with a bored shrug. "Let him post. I want to see what other 'romantic' stunts he's got up his sleeve. If you guys are sick of it, just mute the group. We'll start a side chat for just the three of us."

Then, Lin Feng swapped over to his burner account, the one named 'Deliver Me, Not Her,' and shot a message to Zhou Xiaomeng.

[Ferry Me, Not Her: Still there?]

At that very moment, Zhou Xiaomeng was swamped by a crowd of classmates. She had a stiff, plastic smile plastered on her face as she accepted their "congratulations."

But one of her small hands was hovering restlessly over her lower belly. Her fingertips pressed hard against the thin fabric of her skirt, as if she were checking a seal. She had to make sure her tiny lace panties were holding everything in place—God forbid she started leaking right now!

Her phone buzzed in her pocket.

Her heart skipped a beat. She hurriedly backed away from the crowd, looking down at the screen.

[Ferry Me, Not Her: Still there?]

When she saw the message, a shiver raced down her spine.

When Lin Feng asked, "Is it still there?" he wasn't asking if she was there. He was asking if the thing he'd stuffed inside her... was still there!

Her cheeks burned. She sent a reply almost instantly.

[Mengmeng: It's here!]

The response from Lin Feng was immediate.

[Ferry Me, Not Her: Let me see.]

Flash.

Her brain felt like it had just short-circuited. He wants to check? Now?!

There were people everywhere. Chen Mo was standing right there. The fireworks were about to go off. And she was supposed to lift her skirt and show Brother Lin Feng her most shameful parts?!

Just the thought of doing something so filthy right under everyone's noses sent a surge of heat straight to her core. A sick mix of excitement and terror turned her knees to jelly.

Her fingers trembled as she gripped the phone. She bit her lip, her heart hammering against her ribs like a drum. But she knew she had to obey. She didn't want to see Brother Lin Feng get angry.

"What's up, Mengmeng?" A voice suddenly whispered in her ear. Chen Mo had snuck up on her.

He was currently riding a high from the envious stares and praise of the crowd. This "celebration" looked like it was for Xiaomeng, but in reality, it was all about feeding Chen Mo's massive ego.

Back in the dorm, as a Jiangcheng local, he expected his "small-town" roommates to worship him like a king. Instead, those three losers had the nerve to freeze him out!

Pathetic, he thought. Do they not plan on staying in Jiangcheng after graduation? They want to make it in this city, but don't know how to suck up to a local power player like me. Idiots.

Since his ego wasn't getting stroked in the dorm, he was desperate for validation elsewhere. Hearing people shout, "Chen Mo is so romantic!" and "Mengmeng is so lucky to have a guy like you!" was like music to his ears.

He'd posted the photos to the group chat for one reason: to show those three "single dogs" the massive gap between them. Just imagining Lin Feng and the others staring at their screens, green with envy, gave him a rush of vengeful pleasure.

At the peak of his self-importance, he noticed his "leading lady" was hiding away, secretly texting.

Curiosity got the better of him. He leaned over her shoulder and caught a glimpse of the two messages on the screen.

"Still there?"

What a boring text, Chen Mo thought dismissively. Probably some persistent loser playing the "nice guy" role. "Your 'unattainable goddess' has been with me for 521 days now, buddy. We're busy," he muttered to himself, feeling a surge of pride.

"Who are you talking to? Who is 'Deliver Me, Not Her'?" Chen Mo asked, putting on his "protective boyfriend" voice.

"Ah! No... Nobody!"

Xiaomeng flinched, clutching her phone to her chest. Her face went deathly pale.

"Is it some guy? Does he want a picture of you right now?" Chen Mo asked with a smug, "I-know-everything" grin.

"What? No... no... he didn't ask for a photo!" Xiaomeng's tongue was tied in knots.

Did he find out?! Does he know I'm supposed to take a photo of my mess for Brother Lin Feng?! Her mind was a chaotic storm. No, he couldn't. I deleted the old messages. He couldn't have guessed from just those two lines... right?

"Haha, look how nervous you are," Chen Mo laughed, finding her panic cute and hilarious. "Our Mengmeng is so pure, she doesn't even know how to lie. I saw right through you!"

"Wait... you... You know?!"

Her heart was thumping. God, please tell me he doesn't actually know about Brother Lin Feng and me.
