Chapter 11 -  The One Who Moves the Shinobi World

Tobirama carefully examined Danzō.

He had never expected that the boy from back then would grow into something this extreme.

But soon, Tobirama noticed something unusual.

"Danzō… what's wrong with your right arm?"

Danzō's heart skipped a beat.

Hiruzen answered quickly, "Teacher, Danzō injured his arm during the Shinobi World War."

"I'm not asking about that," Tobirama said coldly. "Will you undo it yourself—or shall I do it for you?"

Danzō instinctively tried to conceal his arm—

But Tobirama instantly appeared beside him with the Flying Thunder God Technique, slicing open his sleeve in one swift motion.

The grotesque arm—fused with Hashirama's cells and embedded with multiple Sharingan—was exposed before everyone.

Across the Shinobi World, the Uchiha erupted in fury.

[Izuna Uchiha: DANZŌ! I'LL KILL YOU!!!]

[Inabi Uchiha: You'll pay for this!!!]

[Yashiro Uchiha: How many of our clan did you slaughter in secret?!]

[Setsuna Uchiha: I won't forgive you!!!]

Sasuke's Sharingan activated unconsciously—

Then evolved into a two-tomoe form.

Even Uchiha children within the compound awakened their Sharingan in rage.

Nearby, Nono Yakushi watched with a complicated sigh.

Tobirama's gaze darkened when he saw Hashirama's face embedded in Danzō's shoulder.

Fury flared.

Danzō realized he was finished.

He hurriedly formed hand seals.

Because this was an early version of his arm—before later modifications—the activation of Izanagi was slower.

But he was facing the fastest shinobi of the Warring States Period.

Slowness meant death.

Before Izanagi could complete its activation—

Tobirama teleported to Danzō's right side and, in a single motion, severed the entire arm with a kunai.

Earlier, when slicing open the sleeve, Tobirama had secretly placed a Flying Thunder God formula there.

Danzō lost every "extra life" in an instant.

But he still had one final move.

His hand reached toward his right eye—

He intended to activate Kotoamatsukami.

Suddenly—

Darkness swallowed his vision.

Even a Mangekyō Sharingan saw nothing.

A sharp pain pierced his right eye.

When his sight returned, Tobirama was holding the eye in his hand.

Danzō's heart went cold.

All his trump cards—gone.

Stripped away by his own teacher.

Tobirama stared at the Mangekyō Sharingan with burning anger.

"Which prodigy did you ruin for this one?"

Then he stepped forward—

And beat Danzō mercilessly.

The remaining three elders didn't dare breathe.

Tobirama handled Danzō like an adult disciplining a child.

After a while, Danzō's face was swollen beyond recognition, his body bruised from head to toe. He could barely speak.

"Seal his chakra. Throw him into prison. I'll deal with him tomorrow."

"Yes, sir!"

Hiruzen quickly ordered Danzō taken away, fearing Tobirama might truly kill him.

Across the Shinobi World—

[The Uchiha: YES!!! WELL DONE!!!]

[Danzō Shimura: Y-you…! cough!]

In his cell, Danzō spat out blood.

Being beaten by his teacher was humiliating enough—

But now the entire Shinobi World had witnessed it.

His dignity was gone.

Tobirama then scolded the remaining three thoroughly.

But his priority was returning to review the manga and better understand the future of this world.

There would be time to punish them further tomorrow.

After Tobirama departed, the three elders exchanged uneasy looks.

Tomorrow would not be pleasant.

In Nagi's Mindscape

While Tobirama had controlled his body earlier, a book had struck Nagi on the head.

Now he picked it up.

"On Red Revolution"

"On the Construction of a Modern Strong Nation"

The ideas within were foreign—and shocking.

New philosophies.

New systems.

They struck Nagi like lightning.

Revolutionary.

When Tobirama re-entered the mindscape, the contents of the books instantly integrated into Nagi's consciousness.

Tobirama noticed his expression.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

But Tobirama sensed something had changed.

Then the two resumed reading Naruto.

Black screen.

[Ōnoki: Damn it! Why does it cut off at critical moments again?!]

[Fourth Raikage (A): What was that book about?]

[Mei Terumī: Ara ara… care to share, handsome? @Nagi]

[Rasa: We're all curious.]

Sasuke's mind churned.

The truth of the massacre felt increasingly murky—

But regardless of circumstances, Itachi Uchiha must die.

In the classroom, students looked at Nagi expectantly.

He ignored them.

He had a feeling—

His and his teacher's plans might need to begin earlier than expected.

What the Black Screen Showed

The further Tobirama and Nagi read, the deeper their frowns became.

Events unfolded rapidly—

Pain.

Obito.

Madara.

The Fourth Shinobi World War.

Hours passed.

Eventually, they reached the sealing of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki by Team 7.

But their expressions remained grave.

Nowhere in the manga did Nagi exist.

Even the details of the Uchiha Massacre differed slightly.

"So," Nagi murmured, "this is a highly similar parallel world?"

Tobirama nodded.

"That is the most plausible explanation."

They exchanged a glance.

"The depths of the Shinobi World…" Tobirama muttered. "Nagato. Obito Uchiha. Madara Uchiha. Black Zetsu."

"And in the end, it becomes a battle of gods."

But both were sharp-minded.

If Kaguya existed—

Then the Ōtsutsuki Clan must be far more dangerous than shown.

Unfortunately, she had been sealed without revealing much information.

Tobirama exhaled slowly.

"Danzō… in his own twisted way, he shaped the course of history."

Pain.

Kabuto Yakushi.

The fall of the Uchiha.

All tied to him.

He could almost be called an instigator of the Shinobi World's trajectory.

Then—

Both froze.

"Kabuto Yakushi."

They recalled his descent into darkness.

Nono Yakushi.

The orphanage director he revered like a mother.

Kabuto had killed her with his own hands—

And what shattered him was that she did not recognize him.

His entire existence had been denied.

That was when Kabuto began his desperate search for identity.

Tobirama and Nagi recalled the vast Impure World Reincarnation army during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Without another word, they rushed out to find Hiruzen.

[Ōnoki: The screen's back.]

[Fourth Raikage (A): Where is he rushing off to now?]

Sarutobi Clan Compound

"Root?" Hiruzen blinked in confusion.

"Teacher, are you planning to deal with Root already?"

"Monkey, forget that for now. Take me to Danzō's office. Immediately."

"…Right."

Though confused, Hiruzen obeyed.

Inside Danzō's office—

Tobirama pulled open drawers, broke through sealing formulas, and began searching.

Hiruzen stood silently nearby.

After some time—

"Found it."

Tobirama unfolded a mission document.

Nono Yakushi had departed one week ago.

"This is bad."

"Director…?!"

Kabuto Yakushi stared at the document, heart pounding.

Beside him, Orochimaru narrowed his eyes.
