Countless bubbles drifted toward the masked man and surrounded him.
Utakata snapped his fingers.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
All the bubbles detonated simultaneously, filling the area with smoke.
Through narrowed eyes, Utakata watched the smoke carefully.
Then—
The masked man walked out completely unharmed.
"Interesting Water Release… Let me return the favor."
Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation Spiral(Kamui-enhanced flame technique)
A vortex of flames erupted from the masked man's right eye, twisting violently forward.
