Vikram told Divya to demonstrate her new ability.
Divya nodded and manipulated the water sphere, sending it toward the still-numerous insects.
Vikram had thought that after leveling up, the mana cost of controlling the skill would also increase. Contrary to his expectations, however, Divya told him that it was even easier to control than before.
"Did the mental energy consumption decrease after upgrading to Level Two? That's good news."
The water sphere did not transform into the water blade that Vikram usually found most convenient. Instead, it remained a sphere of water.
However, this water sphere continued growing larger, and then even larger, in mid-air.
When it had expanded into a water sphere with a diameter of five meters, Divya narrowed her eyes and clenched her loosely cupped hand tightly.
"Condense for me!"
The five-meter water sphere began compressing continuously until its volume shrank to the size of a human head.
"Go!"
