Chapter 109 - Leon’s Failed Bug Exploit & His Imminent Ascent to “Heaven”

After roughly calculating Loki's arrival time on Earth, Leon took out the Random World Travel Card from his System Storage Space—

Grabbed it—

And activated it instantly.

[Notice: "Random World Travel Card" activated. Physical-body transmigration will commence in ten seconds. Please prepare mentally.]

"Heh heh~"

"I'm not the same rookie I used to be."

Leon crooked his lips into a smug grin.

His casual clothes dissolved into the full manifestation of the War God Armor.

He dismissed the crystal faceplate—

Then punched himself in the face with full force.

BOOM!!!

Lowering his own defensive resistance deliberately, Leon knocked himself into instant baby-like sleep.

Plan:

Preempt the System's "ambush knock-out" by knocking himself out first.

Flawless.

However—

Ten seconds later—

[System detected anomaly in transmigration procedure. Initiating forced awakening protocol.]

"…Huh??"

"You can DO that?!"

Leon's eyes snapped open as the System forcibly rebooted his consciousness.

So when I don't knock myself out, you club me unconscious—

But when I knock myself out first, you wake me up…

JUST TO CLUB ME AGAIN?!

Then—

BOOM!!!

The familiar sensation.

Like being smashed in the back of the head with a cosmic baseball bat.

Pain shot from skull to soul.

Far worse than his self-inflicted punch.

"…You absolute—"

He raised a friendly middle finger toward the heavens—

White light enveloped him.

And he vanished into another universe.

Themyscira

Also known as Paradise Island.

Created by Zeus before his death to protect the Amazons from the devastation of ancient war.

Before falling, Zeus left behind a final weapon against Ares—

A so-called "God-Killer."

In truth?

That weapon was his own illegitimate daughter with Queen Hippolyta.

Diana.

Half-sister to Ares.

Future member of the Justice League Trinity.

At this moment—

The five-thousand-year-old Amazon princess stood in the midst of a combat trial.

Her mother, Queen Hippolyta, and her aunt, General Antiope, observed.

Around them stood tall, powerful Amazon warriors—long-legged, broad-shouldered, sculpted like living marble statues.

The test included:

Mounted combat

Archery

Spear throwing

Swordsmanship

Shield discipline

Diana's training had always been harsher than the others'.

Five times harder.

Sometimes ten.

After leaping through the air to evade Antiope's thrown spear, Diana—already flushed with battle adrenaline—called out:

"Mother! I am ready to be tested!"

"No."

Hippolyta shook her head calmly.

With a gesture—

Over a dozen elite Amazon warriors surrounded Diana.

"Defeat them," Hippolyta declared,

"and only then will you be ready to challenge the strongest among us."

Diana smiled.

That radiant, victorious smile that would define her life.

The result was inevitable.

The elite warriors fell within ten exchanges.

Crushed.

Diana's demigod bloodline had already separated her fundamentally from ordinary Amazons.

Only Antiope—

The strongest Amazon—

Could truly challenge her.

Watching Diana's unstoppable display, Hippolyta felt pride—and fear.

The stronger Diana became, the greater her chance to defeat Ares.

But the brighter her divine power burned—

The more likely Ares would sense her existence.

After a silent exchange of thoughts, Hippolyta nodded to her sister.

"Antiope. Teach her the final lesson."

"Physical strength alone cannot defeat every enemy."

Antiope bowed.

Then leapt over a dozen meters in a single bound—landing before Diana.

CLANG!

Without hesitation, she brought her sword down in a full-force vertical strike.

Diana blocked crosswise with both hands.

The impact forced her to one knee.

Steel rang against steel.

After a tense moment, Diana pushed upward—

Rising against Antiope's pressure.

Seeing no advantage in raw strength, Antiope shifted instantly.

She redirected Diana's blade aside—

Then spun and kicked.

Diana flew back seven or eight meters, boots carving twin trenches in the grass before she toppled backward onto the field.

"Come on, Diana!"

"You can do better! Get up!"

Antiope pressed forward relentlessly.

Another strike.

Diana rolled aside in her light leather armor and short skirt—barely avoiding the blade.

Antiope pursued, thrust after thrust targeting vital points.

Diana's heart pounded.

Adrenaline surged.

With sudden resolve, she hurled her short sword like a spear.

WHOOSH—

Antiope tilted her head aside.

The blade sliced her cheek—drawing blood.

"I'm sorry, Antiope—"

Guilt flashed across Diana's face.

She lowered her guard.

Antiope's expression hardened.

She kicked Diana violently—

Sending her crashing into a cliffside boulder.

BOOM.

Half her body embedded in stone.

"A true warrior never loses focus!" Antiope shouted.

"Never abandons her weapon!"

"You made the wrong choice, Diana!"

Antiope leapt again—

Sword raised high, descending with lethal force.

Diana—

Unarmed—

Crossed her forearms instinctively.

Her silver bracers clashed together—

To block the strike.

Meanwhile—

In the sky above Themyscira—

A faint ripple distorted reality.

A certain recently clubbed transmigrator—

Was about to arrive in Paradise.
