Chapter 182 - Leon Interrogates Supergiant

As soon as he entered the suite, Leon's first action—regardless of whether any were present—was to hack and disable all potential surveillance devices.

He had no intention of becoming someone else's live entertainment.

Only after confirming the room was secure did he begin his "interrogation."

"What's your name?"

"Su… Super…"

"Supergiant~"

"And your relationship with Thanos?"

"He… is my… mast—"

"Hmm?"

A soft hum escaped Leon's throat.

"No… I have no relation to him. I once served… as a member of the Black Order."

"You… are my master now."

"That's more like it."

He patted her cheek lightly, satisfied.

"How did you end up here? Did Thanos assign you a mission?"

"Cull Obsidian… went missing. Thanos sent me… to find him."

"That's it?"

"Th-that's it…"

Leon frowned slightly. He had expected something more substantial.

The interrogation continued—merciless, relentless.

At last, Supergiant's composure shattered.

"Damn it!" she gasped. "Just kill me!"

"No," Leon replied calmly. "You're my slave. You die only when I allow it."

He leaned back comfortably, hands behind his head.

"So, my dear… is there anything else you'd like to tell me?"

"I… don't… know…"

Her words were slurred, her strength nearly gone.

"Is that so?"

His voice cooled.

"Perhaps I've been too gentle."

Moments later, her cyan skin had flushed crimson, her body trembling violently. Her screams faded into ragged breaths. She collapsed, barely conscious, her life flickering like a candle in the wind.

Then—

"The… Power Stone…"

Leon's eyes sharpened.

"What?"

"Thanos… has obtained… the Power Stone…"

"I delivered it… personally…"

Before she could finish, both mind and body reached their limit. Her eyes rolled back, and she lost consciousness.

Leon stepped toward the panoramic window overlooking Sakaar. Outside, a massive holographic projection of the Grandmaster towered above the city.

Thanos already has the Power Stone?

What was Peter Quill doing?

He paused.

No. It might not be Quill's failure.

Perhaps his own growing influence had accelerated events. If Thanos sensed a looming threat, securing the Orb ahead of schedule would be the logical move.

The Power Stone was, after all, the Infinity Stone most aligned with Thanos' destructive philosophy.

But Leon was not concerned.

Space.

Mind.

Time.

And the Reality Stone—soon to deliver itself.

Four Infinity Stones stood on his side.

Thanos holding only the Power Stone changed little.

The tension in Leon's chest faded.

He stretched slightly, relaxed.

Behind him stood Death herself as a silent safeguard. His body was protected by the War God Shield and the Courage Shield. He could draw upon four Infinity Stones at any moment. Even his allies had the security of resurrection through his system-linked safeguards.

And if the worst came to pass?

Then he would simply fall into Death's embrace—and begin again.

Leon stood before the floor-to-ceiling window, arms spread wide.

"Ah…"

"All praise to Death."

Later—

Leon arrived at the Grand Arena's ultra-VIP section, an arm casually wrapped around a thoroughly subdued Supergiant.

The Grandmaster was in the midst of a theatrical speech.

Down below in the arena stood Thor—fully armored, but without Mjolnir.

Tony Stark lounged nearby, draped over the couch with an alien beauty at his side.

Across from him sat Loki.

Mjolnir rested firmly on Loki's lap, pinning him in place and preventing him from moving.

Leon raised a brow.

"What did I miss?"
