There wasn't much to pack.
Leon kept only what truly mattered.
The Disintegration Staff—too dangerous for anyone else to handle safely.
Supergiant.
And Valkyrie—though in her case, Thor handled the "luggage."
(As for how that had gone, Leon had already reviewed the live feed courtesy of his Cybertronian network. The outcome had been decisive. Thor, post-awakening, had been overwhelming.)
One more thing of note—
Thor had befriended Korg, just as in the original timeline. He invited Korg to leave Sakaar with them.
But Korg declined for now.
He wanted to remain behind and help stabilize Sakaar under Megatron's oversight.
"When things settle," Korg had said, "I'll head to Asgard."
Thor accepted that.
Tony, meanwhile, had extracted and archived Sakaar's technological database into J.A.R.V.I.S.'s storage. He and Loki traveled light.
Loki's pocket-dimension magic proved especially convenient. Leon had no idea what exactly Loki kept in that spatial stash—every time Loki scavenged, he cloaked the act with illusions.
Departure
"Megatron."
Leon stood before Sakaar's Cybertronian leader. Even kneeling, the towering silver warform stood two and a half times Leon's height.
Leon had upgraded him personally—an adamantium-reinforced frame. Slightly less agile, but exponentially more durable.
An unbreakable body befitting a ruler.
"Sakaar is yours."
Megatron's crimson optics glowed.
"My Creator," he intoned, "I will forge Sakaar into an impregnable stellar fortress and await your return."
Leon nodded.
"Do well."
Standard motivational rhetoric followed.
Build bigger. Grow stronger. Dominate.
Megatron looked ready to conquer galaxies.
Tony's Upgrade
"Did you finish it?" Leon asked.
Tony tossed him a sleek silver collar etched with faint blue circuitry.
"Enhanced neural suppression device," Tony said smugly. "Adamantium casing. Impossible to remove without my authorization."
"And if someone tries?" He mimed an explosion.
"Micro-nuclear detonation. Very unpleasant."
Leon snapped the collar onto Supergiant's neck without hesitation.
"You heard him."
"Yes… my master," she replied stiffly.
"Not sincere enough."
Before she could react, Leon tapped her forehead.
A microscopic tendril of living metal slipped beneath her skin and vanished into her neural pathways.
Her expression shifted instantly.
"What did you do?"
"Insurance."
Leon smiled gently.
"If you disobey—your head explodes. If I die—your head also explodes."
He said it conversationally.
For the first time, Supergiant truly understood.
It wasn't just physical restraint.
It was the death of freedom.
Her legs buckled—but Leon held her upright effortlessly, treating her more like an exotic pet than a former member of the Black Order.
To him, loyalty was optional.
Control was absolute.
Through the Devil's Eye
With preparations complete, Leon enveloped the group in telekinesis and Bio-Field shielding.
They shot skyward—straight into the crimson vortex known as the Devil's Eye.
Reality distorted into a kaleidoscope of scarlet light.
Two and a half seconds later—
They emerged into open space.
Far beyond Sakaar.
Ahead of them floated a colossal crystalline landmass—planet-sized, radiant, majestic.
Like a throne suspended in the cosmos.
Valkyrie froze.
"No way…"
Her voice trembled.
The place where her life had begun.
The place where it had nearly ended.
"Asgard…" she whispered. "I never thought I'd return."
For a brief moment, the warrior within her resurfaced.
Thor stepped forward, resting a hand on her shoulder.
"Running never solved anything."
Emotion flickered across her face—
Then vanished.
She turned and kicked him squarely.
"Don't get sentimental on me."
Thor staggered, blinking.
Leon watched quietly.
Homecomings were rarely simple.
