Chapter 21 - Shock and Envy (BONUS CHAPTER)

Anko Mitarashi stared at Momoko in absolute disbelief.

Earlier, because Momoko had been wearing relatively loose-fitting clothing, Anko hadn't realized the sheer scale of her transformation. But as Momoko adjusted herself to nurse the baby, the full "grandeur" was revealed.

Anko remembered Momoko from her days as a Hokage secretary; she had been nowhere near this "formidable." How could she have suddenly become so large? Logically, once a person reaches adulthood, these things stop growing. Why had Momoko undergone a "secondary development" of such epic proportions?

Anko's jaw dropped. She stared at Momoko's chest, estimating that it might even surpass the legendary Lady Tsunade.

Kurenai Yuhi noticed Anko's strange behavior and followed her gaze. In an instant, Kurenai's mouth also fell open, and she froze as if under a paralysis jutsu.

"So big!"

Anko's eyes were practically bulging out of her head. "Momoko, how... how did you get so big?!"

"What?" Momoko looked up, blinking in confusion.

"Your... those!" Anko pointed emphatically.

"Mine?" Momoko looked down, then offered a shy, bashful smile. "Oh, they just grew a little bit, that's all."

Anko's eyes widened further. "What do you mean 'just a little bit'?! When you were a secretary at the Hokage Building, you were practically flat—way smaller than us! Now you're about to overtake Lady Tsunade!"

"Tell me right now!" Anko's gaze was desperate and fixed. "How did they keep growing past your development phase?"

Kurenai was equally fixated, her eyes scanning for any detail she might have missed.

Momoko didn't intend to reveal the secret of the Papaya Nutritious Juice just yet. Without Raizen's permission, she wasn't about to breathe a word of it. Besides, if Raizen ran out of that miraculous juice and she had already told Anko, wouldn't Anko think she was a liar?

So, she decided on a small, white lie.

"Wait... they can actually get bigger?" Anko asked in shock. "How come mine don't grow a single millimeter no matter how much I massage them in the bath?"

"Perhaps... it only works if Raizen-kun is the one doing the 'massaging'?" Momoko whispered, a glint of mischief dancing in her eyes.

She knew Raizen wanted to revitalize the clan. Anko was a powerful Jōnin; if she could be brought into the family, it would lighten the burden on Raizen and provide more protection for the household.

"It only works if Raizen does it?" Anko's eyes nearly popped out. "Are you serious?"

"Probably," Momoko said cryptically.

Hearing this, Kurenai's eyes widened as well. A wave of regret washed over her—why hadn't she let Raizen "massage" her last night? If she had, she might have already surpassed Anko by now! She had been far too modest; she regretted it deeply. When Raizen-kun gets back, I'm definitely going to have him give me a thorough treatment. I have to put this 'Little Bean' in her place.

Kurenai's eyes sparkled with anticipation. The thought of overtaking Anko made her heart race with excitement.

Anko's gaze flickered with resolve. When that guy gets back, I'm dragging him to my place and making him do it! Being the bold, tomboyish type, things like "shame" or "modesty" didn't exist in Anko's vocabulary.

Raizen had no idea that, thanks to Momoko's "fabrication," both Kurenai and Anko were now targeting his "magic hands."

After leaving home, he moved to a secluded spot and activated the Flying Raijin, instantly teleporting to Xiao Hua's side in the capital.

"Meow! Lord Raizen, you're here!" the ninja cat chirped happily. This was the Uchiha ninja cats' secret hideout within the capital.

Raizen knelt down and asked, "Have you tracked the location of those rogue ninjas?"

"Yes!" Xiao Hua nodded. "Big Brother tracked them. However, they are located near the Daimyo's estate—it's the residence of the Daimyo's younger brother."

"The Daimyo's brother?"

Raizen frowned. Operating so close to the Daimyo's palace would be tricky if he went alone. If he were identified and his true strength reported back to Konoha, it would trigger immediate suspicion from the higher-ups.

As long as he was a "Genin failure," they were happy to let him be. But if they discovered he was a master on par with Kakashi, Hiruzen might not act, but Danzo would certainly start plotting from the shadows.

Raizen mused for a moment and quickly found a counter-strategy. Since the enemy had hired rogue ninjas to plunder his shops, he would simply return the favor.

A smirk played on his lips.

"Lord Raizen, what's the plan?" Xiao Hua asked, a murderous glint in her eyes. "Should we cats assist you in a direct assault to take back the shops?"

Raizen shook his head. "Xiao Hua, your strength is insufficient. I won't have you risking your lives against them."

"But if you're alone, Lord Raizen, how will you deal with them all?"

Raizen smiled. "Don't worry. I've already thought of a solution. If they can hire people to deal with us, we can hire people to deal with them."

"Meow!" Xiao Hua exclaimed. "Of course! Why didn't we cats think of that?"

"Come on. Let's head to the black market."

"Yes, Lord Raizen!"

Soon, a man and a cat arrived at a discreet hotel in the capital. Raizen had changed his appearance; he was now dressed in all black, wearing a demonic "oni" mask.

"What can I get you to drink, traveler?" the fierce-looking man behind the counter growled as Raizen entered.

"Stinger," Raizen replied, his voice low and gravelly.

The man's eyes narrowed slightly. "Target and location."

"Kudo. The Daimyo's Left Estate."

"Dead or alive?"

"Break both his legs. Kill all the rogue ninjas inside."

"Heh... interesting." The man gave Raizen a long look before noting down the details. "Kudo might be a civilian, but he's the Daimyo's brother. The estate is close to the palace and is guarded by the newly appointed Twelve Guardian Shinobi. Entering that area to break legs and wipe out rogue ninjas won't be cheap. You'll need a high-tier specialist."

The man went silent, waiting for Raizen's offer.

Raizen held up three fingers. "Thirty million Ryo."

"Hahaha! Deal." The man grinned. "I'll post the request on the black market. I expect someone will pick it up within a day or two. Recently, a group of very powerful individuals has been snapping up high-payout missions. I suspect they'll find yours quite appealing."

"I'll need the deposit first."

Raizen nodded and handed over a check for fifteen million Ryo.

"Go on and wait for the news, customer," the man said, pocketing the check with a smile.
