The days trickled by.
In the Uchiha district, the cries of newborns became a regular symphony. With every new addition, the system chimed in Raizen's mind:

The rewards were stable, and his strength grew bit by bit. Raizen was living the dream—shuttling between his estate and the hot spring inn, and every few days, using the Flying Thunder God to blink over to Kirigakure. There, he would spend a warm, romantic night with Mei Terumī before returning to Konoha by dawn.
Finally, the ten months of Mei's pregnancy came to an end.
Standing in the Kirigakure Hospital, Raizen felt a familiar surge of adrenaline. Even though he had been through this process over a hundred times with various women, his heart still raced.
Then, the sharp cry of a baby pierced the air.

[Uchiha Clan Member +1! You have gained 10 Kakashi-units of Chakra, Pupil Power +100, Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, and one Golden Treasure Chest.]
Raizen's eyes widened. Ten times the usual reward? And the Eternal Mangekyō! Not to mention a Golden Chest. This was a jackpot beyond his wildest expectations.
He suppressed his excitement, keeping his eyes glued to the delivery room door until a nurse emerged carrying a small bundle.
"Congratulations, Raizen-sama! The Mizukage has given birth to a healthy, chubby boy. A young master!" The nurse smiled warmly. "Mother and child are safe. Her Excellency is a bit weak, but otherwise in perfect health."
The weight lifted off Raizen's chest. He took the child into his arms and immediately handed the nurse a thick red envelope.
"Raizen-sama, I couldn't possibly—"
"Take it. There's one for everyone in the hospital," Raizen said grandly. Money was no object to him, and he proceeded to hand out bonuses to every doctor and nurse in sight.
The hospital erupted in gratitude. "Thank you, Raizen-sama!"
The nurses whispered among themselves as they watched him: "The Mizukage really found a gem of a husband." "Look how handsome and gentle he is... if he wanted me to have his kids, I'd say yes in a heartbeat." "I wonder if he's taking concubines? I'd be the first to sign up!" "Look at how he holds the baby. So tender... I wish I was that baby!"
Raizen caught their chattering and gave them a charming, polite nod, which caused a minor skirmish among the nurses over who he was specifically smiling at. He ignored the drama and followed the staff to Mei's private VIP suite.
"Raizen-kun..." Mei looked up from the bed, her face pale but her expression radiating pure, maternal bliss.
Raizen gently placed the baby beside her and, with practiced ease, opened a bottle of Papaya Nutritional Juice. "Drink this, darling."
Mei nodded. She knew the power of this "juice" well. The first time she drank it, the results had shocked the entire village. Her skin had become radiant, her "assets" had firmed up, and her face regained the bloom of youth. When she had first appeared in public after starting the regimen, the villagers thought they were looking at her younger sister. It was a literal fountain of youth.
As she finished the bottle, the color returned to her cheeks almost instantly.
"Thank you, Raizen-kun," she beamed.
"No, thank you," Raizen whispered, kissing her forehead. "Thank you for giving me such a wonderful son."
"It was my pleasure," Mei murmured shyly, leaning into him.
Back to Konoha
After staying with Mei for a few days and leaving a Wood Clone to watch over her, Raizen's true body returned to Konoha. Today was a big day: the Academy Graduation Exam for the "Second Pillar"—Sasuke Uchiha. As his guardian, Raizen had to be there.
"Uncle Raizen, I'm a little nervous," Sasuke admitted at the school gates.
This Sasuke was a far cry from the cold, arrogant avenger of the original timeline. Growing up under Raizen's wing, surrounded by a (very large) extended family, he had become much more balanced and gentle.
"Don't worry, Sasuke," Raizen patted his shoulder. "You're the genius of the Uchiha. I know you'll graduate and get that headband with ease. I believe in you."
"Mhm! Uncle, I won't let you down!" Sasuke's confidence surged.
"Good luck, Sasuke-niichan!" Karin chimed in. She had joined the Academy late, and Raizen had decided to let her study for one more year before graduating. With the "Konoha Crush" looming in the original timeline's schedule, he wanted her safely tucked away in the school for a bit longer.
"I'm going in now!" Sasuke waved and ran toward the building.
"Raizen-sama, Sasuke-niichan will definitely pass, right?" Karin asked, looking at his retreating back.
Raizen ruffled her hair. "Definitely. And next year, it'll be your turn."
"I won't let you down either!" Karin said seriously.
"Well, the exam will take a while. No point standing here in the heat. Let's go get some ramen at Ichiraku's while we wait."
Karin's face lit up. "Can I have two bowls, Raizen-sama?"
"Make it three if you want!" Raizen laughed, taking her hand as they walked toward the village's favorite noodle shop.
