Jules POV
The time passed. It is now 1 o' clock. Our class is over before lunch hour. It's not about the lectures, teachers come and tell us about them and subject then going with introduction. Arrhhh!!! I'm tired of that now. Can't I make a placker and hold it so that I don't have to repeat. It's really tiring.
It's lunch hour. Suddenly Martha called me.
" Lets go to Cafeteria". She smiled.
"OK."
I stood up with my bag. I'm half excited and half bored. Excited as I'm finally going outside, I haven't seen the campus yet. So I'm gonna have a campus tour. But my brain is bored. It's keeping the same from morning. Let's eat something first so that atleast I could function.
As we moved forward a familiar voice come from behind.
"Hey where are you going ? And without me??"
Loid questioned surprisingly.
I didn't bother to look, glued myself with phone like if I miss the missile will land on the roof.
Loid looked like an idiot. None of us gave answer. After few second finally Martha answered.
"We are going to cafeteria. And didn't bothered you because you are having new friends so Olds are useless. "
Then grabbed my hand and pulled toward the door.
Loid's POV
Now again I'm dumbstrucked by the two girls. Goddd!! What they want. I can never figure out. But I planned to follow them. After all I can't leave them. I can't upset her, I love her.
Suddenly I thought about inviting Keifer and others. So I looked at him, he already looking at me. So he noticed all drama. I felt a little embarrassed. I cleared my throat.
"You like to join?"
"Where?" Sounded bored.
"To the cafeteria. Ask all of them to come. "
He took few moments. Looked at them. They nodded. So it's a yes! Let's go.
We moved!
Keifer's POV
So the actually know each other. But why she is looking angry or something? Is she jealous? But why? They like each other? Ohh God!!! No no no not at all!
In the mean time Loid invited us for cafeteria. I could let down the offer but a piece of me told to follow. So here we are going to cafeteria.
We reached to the cafeteria. We settle down in a big table as we are approx ten people. Oh the two girls are there also. As soon as we settled, Loid headed towards the line for ordering food. I'm sure he has gone for them, especially for her. Ahh! Why can't stop thinking about her. After few minutes they are coming to our table, Jules carrying a coffee cup, Loid is pleading to her for something looking like he could cry at any point time, Martha on the back just smiling looking at them.
Jules POV
I headed towards the table Loid suggesting, he continuously blabbering of course for apology and I'm ignoring as usual. Remember you ignored me!! Now time for consequences.
I sat on the table. Keifer is beside me again! No problem. I have to process as he is my benchmate now!! But Loid is not stopping. Now my patience is in the edge. I'm about to scream but before that I gazed him with cold eyes so that he got the warning. And it worked, the blabbering stopped. He stood up, cleared his throat then headed towards the line with a boy from the group.
Finally I sighed deeply. Aahhhh! Too much drama! I'm sipping my coffee but suddenly feeling like someone is staring. What! I gazed through out but suddenly I moved to my left, a dark ,possessive stare is on me! Keifer!! Why? I decided to match his gaze. I moved my body to left. Met his gaze. Minute gone. But I feel a strange sensesion through my spine. Bad decision! His gaze is like paralyzing me. How? Why I'm feeling nervous. I sit straight. No way I'm gonna bump into him again. Atleast today!
Few moments passed. The boys come. They placed the tray in middle of the table. Everyone got there order. Suddenly a plate of pancakes is placed infront of me. I small smile is on my face. I moved my head to see who is this, it's Loid. He's holding is his ears like a toddler, making the lips pout. He is looking damn cute!!! He is compensating for my anger. I don't bother for other. I stood up and hugged him tightly. He did the same.
Soon we broke the hug, settle down at our places. I quickly started feasting over my pancakes! Oh perfect!!! I have a smile on my face. All are chattering.
Suddenly Martha takes the attention.
"Guys today is the first day in university. We should celebrate!"
Everyone quickly respond in unison," yes!!"
I don't know why I stared towards Keifer. His eyes on plate but I could feel his mind is on something else. Hehe! I also have conscience. He is gripping a fork so tight that his fist has turned white.
"Are you okay?" A thin voice come out from my throat. I don't know why.
He turned his gaze. Now it's more dark with anger. I didn't response. Just started eating.
Again Martha's voice come.
"So it's settled. We are gathering today at King's Bar at sharp 8 pm."
All agreed. The bell rang. We headed towards class.
After the day. I'm heading toward parking with Martha. Suddenly she stopped, so I'm.
She crossed her arms front of his chest, brows frowning like deep in thoughts. Is it a place?
I placed my hand on her arm.
"What happened?"
"You know he is here. So what will you do?"
I froze for a moment. The truth I wanted to avoid through out, now slapping me hard.
"I..I have no idea still. Buy back off is not an option right?"
She held me arms tight, pull me into a hug.
"Very good my lioness. I'm with you. Go ahead."
I can clearly hear the proud and supporting gesture in her voice. I tightened the hug. I'm not unlucky at all aspect. Thank you God!!
The rest came. We broke our hug. Martha suddenly whispered
"I think your benchmate can be a soul mate for you."
I widened my eyes looking at her. She continued.
"...He is constantly gazing at you. He looks handsome. What's the problem?"
I'm about to tell her that I already saw him in my building elevator. But it will be a bad choice, it will just fuel her expectations. I once see towards Keifer, busy with boys. Then turned to Martha.
"Don't think of it. You know what happens. It will end up like a insect near fire. You know that very well!"
I sighed. Her expression changed immediately. She couldn't help but stayed quiet.
Then we leaved university with a reminder of today's gathering at Bar. Colourful night!!! Whoaaa!!!!
