Ron's laughter didn't last long.
Soon, he found himself standing in the storeroom of Ethan's mansion, the dense, earthy scent of magic herbs hanging thick in the spacious chamber.
He let out a heavy sigh.

He moved from crate to crate, prying each lid open carefully and examining the contents with keen eyes.
Each crate held about a thousand units, and some of them stored herbs of unparalleled quality, separated into their own compartments and meticulously organized.
By the quantity he counted there, it was more than enough to become the army's largest supplier of herbs, with a margin of at least ten percent of the total.
It seemed small, but second place would only have four percent, since the supply of magical herbs to the army was spread thin among various names.
Ron wanted, at all costs, to ask about the origin of those herbs, to dig up what Ethan's secrets were.
