From rocks weighing 25 kg to 250kg , let's start immediately.
Odin took mugan to a rocky side of the Forrest, there they found rocks, and mugan was asked to start lifting rocks.
The first time he lifted a rock weighing 25 kg he felt his bone almost cracking, and dropped it with speed, sweating profusely, you are just too weak , it's true you haven't trained your stamina but there's no time for that Odin said hitting mugan with a stick, get these rocks lifted immediately.
For the next three hours mugan tried lifting the 25 kg rock till he finally did , Odin who quietly was relaxed watching the boy suffer, gave him the next task before he could catch his breath ,he moved on to lifting a 50 kg rock , which he finally achieved after several attempts.
Sit down and concentrate on your energy flow, you should be able to notice a change in it Odin said , while watching mugan behave as a dutiful student as he sat down concentrating on his energy flow.

For the next three days mugan finally completed his task of lifting rocks, as he was finally able to carry a 250kg of rock, his frial looking body had underwent a little change.
With Odin's help he was able to avoid the part of the forest that had beasts as he wasn't yet able to handle any.
A young girl had been monitoring mugan since the second day of his training, as he always saw him talking to himself and the air, and his strange habit of carrying rocks, she felt at first he wasn't all okay in the head , but his other attitude convinced her otherwise, but she decided to let him be and concentrate on her own mission.
