"If you do practical training clumsily before you can handle your body properly, you'll break your body or develop bad habits like that, so I was repeatedly taught that basics are important... Having a trained body, being able to fight, and mastering your Quirk, these three, while related, should basically be considered separate. Understood?"
"Y, yes, thank you! That's really helpful... I'm glad I asked you after all, Fumiko!"
"...Normally, that person you're indebted to should have taught you this first too."
"......."
With an indescribable feeling, that day's training ended.

So, while sometimes the rhythm breaks, and I find points to critique in Midoriya's previous training methods, the training itself is progressing smoothly.
For now, it feels like I'm almost unilaterally taking care of Midoriya, but well, that can't be helped.
I'm doing my own independent training properly, so no problem there, and if Midoriya grows steadily, gradually we'll be able to do things like sparring as training partners. At that time, I'll have him return the favor, or rather, the effort I've invested.
I'm looking forward to it... Midoriya, how much longer until, and how strong will he become?
Thinking that, my unreliable facial muscles easily relaxed into a smile... which was seen by Sato and Sero who were watching from the side.
"Hey, what's up Fumiko, you smiling like that."
"What, were you hungry? Looking forward to lunch that much, huh?"
"Huh? No, not really... well... not exactly not either."
"Which is it?"
Sero said with a 'what the heck' kind of gesture.
By the way, Uraraka, who I think is a real Kansai person, is in the cafeteria group, so she's not here. It's lunch break now, and simultaneously the long awaited lunch time for us students.
Sero also seems to usually be in the cafeteria group, but sometimes he stays in the classroom like this and eats with me, Sato, and other bento group members.
The reason, or rather the trigger, was probably when he happened to be late going to the cafeteria one day and encountered our lunch scene.
Actually, today too, he's looking at me with expectant eyes.
"So? What did you bring today, Fumiko?"
"Sero, why are you looking at me with such expectant eyes... You have your own, so stop mooching."
"No no no, mooching sounds so bad... It's just, you know, heartwarming bento exchange. That thing high school girls often do in classrooms, nothing strange about it."
"Say your own gender out loud."
"But hey Fumiko, mooching aside... telling us not to pay attention to your lunch, or rather your bento, is impossible. Just from the looks."
While Sato was saying that, I took out my bento box from my bag... and placed it on the desk.
Thud.
With a sound unbefitting a bento box.
What now occupied nearly half the area of my study desk was a black lacquered multi tiered bento box (5 tiers). The kind that mainly sees action during events like sports festivals, that size meant for the whole family to eat.
By the way, the bag it was in is my mountaineering backpack. It has plenty of capacity even with textbooks inside, and my hands are free, so it's been a long time favorite.
Then, I further separated that bento box tier by tier and set them out. In no time, my desk alone wasn't enough, so I combined surrounding desks... Ojiro's and Sato's, and also Iida's who isn't here (I got permission), and spread them out there.
Naturally, since I borrowed desks from Sato and others, we ended up eating together... That's how we became friends, I guess.
Especially Sato, since he's also a bento boy who often makes and brings his own bento. People aren't always what they seem (my apologies).
And to those who lent me part of their desks, as a nuisance fee, I present the right to nibble a bit of my bento. Though I'm the one saying it, it's fairly popular.
By the way, Sero isn't particularly related to that, but after seeing my bento scene once, he sometimes joins in.
Well, it's fine, you know? I don't dislike eating noisily with everyone. Sharing a bit is totally fine... Though, I firmly deal with excessive mooching.
For this day's bento time, in addition to Sato and Ojiro, Sero and Hagakure joined as surprise participants, and Yaoyorozu too. The latter two are first timers.
"Wow, Fumiko chan's bento is amazing! So luxurious today too!"
"Luxurious... more like hearty, I'd say. The menu items are kind of substantial too."
"Ah, that's definitely true... It looks like you just stuffed all your favorites in."
"Japanese, Western, Chinese, it's all in there... But anyway, it looks super delicious."
By the way, today's bento contents included, besides the staple rice balls, bento standards like omelet, hamburger steak, fried chicken, beef shigureni, kinpira gobo, seaweed salad, gyoza, shumai, xiaolongbao, and so on.
Yeah, I can't argue with Sero's comment. I really just made whatever I felt like eating today and stuffed it in, and there are many lazy menu items like frozen foods just thrown in.
"It certainly looks delicious... but isn't the nutritional balance somewhat problematic? Vegetables seem lacking... and you should eat fish too, not just meat. The seasoning also seems strong..."
"It's fine, Yaoyorozu, I like these strongly flavored, high calorie dishes. Also, vegetables are probably sufficient in terms of absolute quantity."
"...Indeed, there is quantity in vegetables too... but the overall quantity is too much, the balance is disastrous."
"One whole tier of the box being nothing but hamburger steak is quite a sight... might be a mischievous boy's dream. ...Wait, huh? I feel like there are some mixed in with slightly different shapes..."
"Oh, you noticed well, Hagakure. From here to this side, they're scotch eggs."
