Mount Olympus.
The physical embodiment of one of the ten original Ourea, Olympus himself.
A mountain that holds untold riches within it.
So, it made sense that the young Gods rebelling against the Golden Age of Titans would make this place their home.
And it made sense that upon this rock, they would build their first council.
Colossal pillars of mystical white marble rose from the foundation. Their length etched with the carefully crafted depictions of what was, what is, and what is to come by the nymphs of the mountains, the children of Olympus.
The coloring of the marble deliberately chosen as the polar opposite of the Black Marble that made up the King's home on Othrys.
The roof within was similarly crafted by the hands of Hecatoncheires, the Hundred-Handed ones, whose surprisingly skillful hands painted a picture of the grandeur that the newly christened Olympians held within their visage.
At the center of this council stood a grand heart within which rested the mysterious flame that the very universe gifted upon the oldest of the Olympians, making her the first one to truly solidify their domains.
And so her name and status was forever etched into history as Hestia, the Goddess of the Hearth, Home, Family, and Flame.
Around this grand hearth sat seven thrones, each one as grand as the other, signifying the equal status that all of the children of Rhean held in each other's eyes.
Yet, for now, these thrones lay empty for all the young gods were gathered in the grand forges that rest beneath the grand council, quite near to the newly built mines that harvested the mysterious metals that Olympus hid within his physical form.
The Three Cyclopes worked the forge under the gaze of the young gods.
Their ancient language whispered into the very metal they worked on, using the gift of Mother Earth to weave the very concepts of the universe into the weapons at hand.
Arges would heat the newly found metal, the mysterious Celestial Bronze, with the ancient fires of the Earth itself. His mastery over light and flame allowing him to instinctively know the perfect temperature needed.
Brontes would be the one to hammer the metal into shape as his thunderous strength moulded the metal into the desired form with each blow of his hammer.
And finally, it would be Steropes who would quench the metal with ancient rituals and rites, ensuring that it would hold the domains of those it was meant for and even enhance them beyond anything the young gods could achieve on their own.
The first weapon they made was a Celestial Bronze cylinder. A concept made manifest, it was carved into the shape of the very pillars that now held the Olympian Council building above them.
Its very presence radiating with the primordial concepts of Thunder and Lightning.
So, it was no surprise that it was Zeus who wielded this weapon of absolute might.
The moment the young god's hand touched the weapon, lightning flashed across the skies, temporarily overriding the authority of the Titan King and showing its full might. The symbol of a lightning bolt etching itself naturally into the base of the weapon.
The Master Bolt it was named for it was the master of all lightning and thunder without equal for all ages to come.
Then came the second weapon. Celestial Bronze shaped into the form of a Trident. Etched with the symbols of the primordial seas and resonance of the Earth. Its very presence filling the forges with the scent of sea salt and the noise of crashing waves.
The moment its rightful wielder, Poseidon, touched its shaft, the very seas trembled with a strange anticipation, briefly awakening the primordial Pontus himself while the titans of the seas retreated to their homes, anticipating a disaster that was to come for them.
Then came the third weapon.
The primordial concepts of Darkness, Concealment, and Fear were crystallized into physical form with the metal acting as the foundation that held them together.
And so was fashioned a Helm that would strike fear into the hearts of their enemies and allow its wielder to move unhindered across the world.
Hades swiftly took it as his own as the darkness of the night swelled across the realms, briefly drawing the attention of the Primordian Night herself.
And then came the final piece. The masterpiece that is more of a symbol than a weapon, for its wielder did not even need a weapon.
Celestial Bronze forged into a beautiful set of armor, its contours and shapes aligning accurately with its wielder's body. Its surface etched with simple yet elegant lines to give it a regal look.
Yet, each line held the primordial concept that none but one Titan ever dared touch. The concept of Destruction itself.
Its golden coloring illuminating the forge with its radiance, while the soft green soothed the heart.
An armor that nobody but Brolios would wield.
The moment the young god put on the armor, he felt his power flare instinctively, synchronizing his Hakai with the primordial concepts of Destruction.
His brothers and sisters could not help but take a step back as the very world trembled.
Power. Absolute, unchallenged, soared into the very sky as a pillar of solid purple erupted from the god.
His long black locks turning purple, swaying gently in the air under the burst of his power.
His warm black eyes turning a cold purple.
A power so mighty that even Mother Earth could not help but pay attention, even in her current state.
Finally, as the young god took a deep breath and suppressed himself, the pillar of power retreated within him, allowing the others to breathe in his presence once again.
With the main weapons, their masterpieces forged, the Cyclopes now turn their attention to other tasks. The arming of the armies who would stand with the Olympians on the battlefield.
For them the Cyclopes forged Celestial Bronze Xiphos-type swords. Their short, double-edged blade would bathe in the blood of titans and monsters alike.
Round, Hoplon shields would help them hold the line as the real combatants fought it out, while the Celestial Bronze armor would protect them to an extent.
For having freed the Cyclopes and the Hecatoncheires from their eternal prison, these were the gifts that they bestowed upon their nephews and their forces alongside their eternal loyalty.
And so, with the preparations complete, the war that would carve itself into the very memory of the universe would truly begin.
