Daniel descended above the Imperial City and looked down from the sky.
Before he even made a move, he saw the powerhouses of the Temple of the Gods come out to greet him one after another with smiling faces.
Some of them even dragged the emperor forward and forcefully pushed him ahead. Their expressions clearly seemed to say:
Esteemed guest, you have come from afar. Please accept this meeting gift!
A playful smile tugged at the corner of Daniel's mouth.
He understood that these NPCs cherished their lives.
But if they thought he would let them off lightly, they were dreaming.
He stated his conditions on the spot.
First, the emperor must abdicate, and Daniel would take control of the royal authority.
Second, every powerhouse of the Temple of the Gods must sign a Soul Pact and become his servants forever.
If they agreed, everything could be discussed.
If they refused?
