"My lord..."
Camille looked at the one-sided slaughter unfolding in the void. The powerhouses of the Council of the Gods were surging toward Zoran's side like a tide.
"No rush."
Daniel smiled. His tone was as calm as if he were discussing the weather.
He leaned back in the command seat, his gaze as still as water.
"I have a Divine-grade secret treasure that can break this space-sealing formation, but there is no need to hurry. Our luck is quite good. We encountered someone interesting the moment we set out."
Hearing this, Camille could not help but smile knowingly.
He had followed Daniel for so long that he had long since understood his way of doing things.
He said softly, "I understand what you mean, my lord."
"The Council of the Gods thinks they have us firmly in their grasp, but what they don't know is that we can leave, yet choose not to. We're just playing along with them."
"Once both sides have fought each other to exhaustion, we can swallow them all in one move!"
