Tony's casual demeanor instantly vanished over the line. "Matteo, calm down. Do not lose your head. I will look into the security grid and find out what happened immediately. Just get here safely."
Matteo slammed the phone down, grabbed his coat, and stormed out of his office like a hurricane. His fingers flew across his screen as he speed-dialed Mark's number to inform him of the nightmare unfolding.
"Teo? What's up?" Mark answered on the second ring.
"Adrian's gone," Matteo said, his voice trembling as he marched down the corporate hallway. "Someone grabbed him right after I dropped him off. I just got a text. I've already alerted Tony. I'm on my way back to the estate."
"Alright, Teo, calm down," Mark said on the other end of the line. "Head back here first. I'm going downstairs right now to talk to Tony and see what he's found."
"Alright," Matteo muttered before ending the call.
