Zorat could barely recall the last time he felt the warmth of an actual human woman this way. It was probably millions of years ago when he was climbing up hell's hierarchy.
Demons are fundamentally larger in size than humans. And even if really powerful demons gained the ability to change shape at will at some point. Being with a female demon pretending to be human and being with an actual human woman were two different things.
