"Want some?"
Alex offered Gu Ning the food he had just taken from the other Beastman.
Gu Ning was speechless. 'Are you serious?'
Seeing that Alex's expression wasn't a joke and that he was genuinely asking, she picked up the large chicken leg that the Beastman hadn't bitten into yet.
"I had lunch prepared for you." Alex glanced at the terminal on his wrist. "I'm heading up to the wall first. After you eat, rest for a bit. Kloer will take you up to the wall at one this afternoon."
Alex continued, "Kloer is the supervisor you check in with every day. Will you be okay with him? He came here with me from Zone 5. He's a good guy, so you don't have to worry about him bullying you."
After listening, Gu Ning hesitantly nodded.
'This Beastman supervisor is actually okay,' she thought. 'He let it slide the few times I was late and never gave me a hard time.'
Alex watched Gu Ning go into the inner room before turning to leave.
「The office.」
