Once they were done with the matter regarding press bonuses Arjun together with Sari, Karan and Lalitha went around the village distributing the sweet boxes and a couple drawing books if the said family had children. Since most of the village were already very familiar with Sari and Arjun and also knew about the event that had taken place earlier on the day they were very welcoming to the kids some of them even inviting them inside homes to offer some sweets.
At first the kids enjoyed the sweets and chai but as they went on they too were too tired or full to have anymore of them and could only turn the offers down politely. Arjun though got enquired most about the factory employment but since the factory was yet to be built and even the machinery was not here yet he used them as excuses to get out of the predicament. After all even their middle scale factory could only employ around thirty to thirty five people and any extra would only put burden on it's finances. He felt this was more suitable job for Bhargav to handle as a kid rejecting their elder repeatedly might put him in a bad light among the villagers.
Once they were done with the distribution it was already way past seven in the evening so all of them returned to Arjun's home to have their food. Since there were some left overs from the morning Kavitha just cooked some fresh batch of rice to go along with them. None of them did not really mind as they were already too tired to care and they too had enjoyed the dishes in the lunch.
Every one returned back to their homes after they were done with the dinner and Sari went to sleep soon after and Arjun just lay beside her thinking about the day. It went much better than he had anticipated as most of the business meetings in his past life were very strict and not so enjoyable but this kid Sari made the whole thing much more fun with her antics. She even got herself a couple of new brothers this day, Arjun could only pity the people who would run behind her in the future.
Arjun then surprisingly received a call from Sumanth who informed him that they were already back from their trip and had started working on the models for Chitra Lekha once again.
When Arjun enquired about Vinod he promptly came on line and apologized for the delay in production in because of him but Arjun did not let him finish and asked him about his condition and warned him to take care of his health and not be too busy in the work stuff.
Arjun went on to speak with them for another hour about some random stuff as he was sure he would be forced to sit in front of books otherwise and he would take talking sh*t compared to reading the same stuff again and again any day of the week.
Since the coolers were yet to be sent back the whole family once again shifted their bedding to the hall and since Sari was asleep they had to do it silently too.
Meanwhile somewhere in a rich neighborhood in Hyderabad Saheri who had just come back made a call to the same gentlemen

Yes sir. He made a lot of progress compared to the time we met earlier but still made some questionable choices.
What do you mean?
Saheri went on to explain how Arjun had given away three percent of his shares to the press managers and why she felt it was very immature of him to do so.
The old man on other side though confirmed that Arjun had really done so and got lost in his thought making Saheri to wait for his response.
Did he say anything on why he did it?
No sir, but Madan seemed to say something about motivating his employees.
Yes, yes isn't that a good precedence to set? when your employees in the future get to know their boss had given away such amounts off money everybody would be more willing to contribute. Also since Arjun had started this project with less than a lakh or two such percentages doesn't really matter do they?. In fact after hearing this from you i remember reading about some other foreigners doing the same and they were wildly successful too, got to say this kid keeps coming up with surprises now and then, so what else?
Well sir, he asked for a gun permit?
Gun permit? did he meet with any accidents recently? Why was i not informed about such matters?
Saheri could hear the agitation behind the voice and quickly mentioned Arjun's meet with the Sadhu and how Arjun was already hiring another couple body guards.
Hmmm.... that's good, but gun permits can't be given out so easily especially to such a remote kid. I will see what i can do but make sure you double your eyes on him. I don't think that kid would want such stuff if he did not feel genuine danger.
Sir, he did not want the permit to protect himself!!

He only asked me for it for the sake of his family Saheri repeated Arjun's words word to word to the old man.
Hahaha... like father like son huh, okay let me see what i can do about this. At the worst i will just have to send one of my shadows.

Yes sir, also he is starting a new drawing book product and it seemed Kavitha was the one who made it.
Oh... okay i really liked that kid's drawings in her childhood, make sure you send me a copy once they are released.

Saheri hung the phone and started thinking about the gentlemen's words about foreigners employing the same tactic in their firms and felt there was some weight to his words. She decided to call her managers and have a discussion with them on this matter.
Arjun on the other hand had just remembered about Vikram and his father and regretted not asking him more about Pratap and why Vikram had a hint of fear in his eyes whenever he looked at him but since they were already in another partnership with the union he was sure he would make him spill the beans one day or the other. He soon slipped into his dreams as he too was more tired today than he had ever been since his rebirth and so did his parents but if one could see them right now they too would be surprised as all the four of them had smiles on their faces in their sleep.
The next day when Arjun went to school in the afternoon along with Saheri he could still see considerable commotion but since it was the board exam period it was very reasonable thing. What satisfied not only Arjun but also the school teachers was most of the students who were from their school and surrounding villages had a All in One in their backpacks. This was the best appreciation they could receive as it meant they had done something meaningful which impacted not only their children but many others across the state.
Arjun was already thinking about making another edition for the CBSE(central board) which was prevalent throughout the country but he did not have the means to do so right now as even their nearby town did not have any schools that adapted the central system.
The next couple days went on pretty uneventfully as Arjun's day started with his parents forcing him to revise in the morning, giving the exam and revising for the next day in the evening. On the third day after the exam start Bhargav visited Arjun to mention that the construction of the temporary factory was finally finished so they decided to take a visit there. After the visit Arjun handed the task of water connection and new transformer for the factory as they were very crucial steps to Bhargav and just as he was about to return he saw Balram coming alongside another two people who were even more built than Balram himself.
Balram quickly introduced Ram and Akash as his colleagues from the military days and they were the new body guards Arjun was looking for. Since Balram had already handled the matters regarding their accommodation Arjun did not have much to offer so he politely greeted them and asked Balram to change to a shift system as right now he alone was doing the guard duty through out the day.
When Arjun returned home Kavitha had informed him that he had a call from Russia but since they couldn't understand a word they had to cut the call without being able to say nor understand anything. Arjun dialed back but Vladimir's butler informed him that his master had already gone out and would not be back until much later in the day.
