Shi Li froze, looking up at Yiduo.
'This guy...'
"Whether it works or not, this is our only option for now." Shi Li sighed in resignation. In a situation like this, she had no other choice.
So, Yiduo scooped her up with one arm and used his other hand to turn on all the faucets in the room, along with anything else that could make noise.
"Good thing you're so light. With my stamina, I really couldn't have carried you while running for this long." Yiduo didn't put Shi Li down until they had reached the innermost room.
He blushed, but wanted to say something more.
