Yu An obligingly put on the entire set and stood before the full-length mirror to admire it.
Xiao Yu came pattering over and took lots of beautiful photos of her.
"Thank you, Xiao Yu," Yu An said, picking him up and giving him a big kiss. "How did my Zaizai get to be so wonderful!"
Xiao Yu shyly covered his face. "I love Female Mother. Female Mother, from now on, will you only wear the jewelry Xiao Yu makes?"
Yu An usually wore the Amulet from Lu Lu most often. Only recently had she started layering it with the necklace from Mo Yan and the earrings from Lan Yin and Lan Ying.
She didn't wear some of her older pieces much anymore.
"Okay," Yu An agreed at once. "Female Mother will wear them always."
She put away the necklace and earrings, leaving only the Amulet, and replaced the rest with the jewelry from Xiao Yu.
Xiao Yu was satisfied. "Female Mother, I make jewelry very quickly. In a little while, I'll make you a new batch to replace these old ones."
