The smile on Isaac's face grew wider. Several black tentacles suddenly erupted from his back, all stabbing toward Chelms. "Idiot."
At the same time, the bodies of the Star Beasts Earl Li had smashed to the ground began to change, morphing into a singularly hideous monster that lunged at Chelms.
It was determined to claim his life.
'Once I kill Chelms, I can instantly devour the soul in this sea of consciousness, take complete control of this body, and my power will return to the ninth level.'
Then, none of the males present would be his match!
Just as the crazed Chelms was about to reach Isaac, a ball of golden light descended from the sky, slamming heavily into him.
BOOM.
It sent him plummeting from mid-air, smashing him into the ground and gouging out a large crater.
Lan Qi's superpower surged, and an earthen hemisphere materialized, trapping Chelms inside the crater.
Isaac's attack struck empty air, and his face instantly darkened.
