Watching the two figures swiftly vanish into the darkness, a helpless and bitter expression appeared on Alina's face.
She knew she was a hot potato right now. Both the Resistance Army and the Alliance Government were looking for her, so anyone who got involved was asking for trouble.
It was only natural for them to not want to get mixed up in it. Besides, they had already helped her once. Making any more demands would have been shameless.
She gritted her teeth, got her bearings, and then chose another path. Her figure soon disappeared into the vast mountain forest.
Meanwhile, Wu Liangchen and Song Ling'Er were also making their way through the rugged mountain paths.
Song Ling'Er gripped her gun tightly, warily scanning her surroundings.
Although she didn't understand why Wu Liangchen had been so cold to that woman, it was a decision made by Big Brother Wu, so she would obey it unconditionally.
