After being taken in for questioning, Kira Walton was bailed out forty-eight hours later by Conrad Webb, the Vice President of Zenith Group. The first thing she did was call James Zimmers.
"Ms. Walton? Are you all right?" James Zimmers asked with concern.
"I'm fine. How are you? I just checked the comments online, and the buzz about you hasn't died down yet. Didn't Leila Lane promise to help?"
"There was an accident at the Holden family's birthday banquet, so our plan was thrown off... But don't worry, she's already arranged for me to meet with Ivy Holden tonight."
Hearing this, Kira Walton immediately understood Leila Lane's true intentions. She asked, "Which restaurant did she book? Is everything prepared?"
"Leila Lane said everything is ready."
"Okay, where are you? I'll come find you." 'Leila Lane doesn't seem very reliable,' Kira Walton thought.
"I'm at home. With the way things are, I don't dare go out." James Zimmers sighed dejectedly.
