"What do we do?"
Wei Shi asked as they ran. He was a Body Cultivator who only knew a few auxiliary Magic skills and was at a complete loss in this situation.
Zhao Lin surveyed their surroundings and spotted a valley not far ahead. It was flanked by two mountain walls, with only a narrow path about ten feet wide running between them.
"See that valley up ahead? Control your speed. We'll wait for him there."
Wei Shi thought Zhao Lin was preparing for a major battle. He steeled himself and said, "Alright, let's take him on!"
The two of them deliberately feigned exhaustion, slowing their pace slightly as they dashed into the ravine between the two mountain ridges.
The Fat Cultivator flew over their heads and landed about a hundred yards in front of them, a savage grin spreading across his face. "Let's see where you run to now!"
