After a prolonged period of absolute silence and total stillness within the grand laboratory, the dense, blue chakra threads that had been surrounding Dan's reclining body like a cocoon began to thin out. Bit by bit, they faded away gradually and slowly, until they vanished entirely from sight.
Then, suddenly, Dan opened his eyes slowly. In that brief moment, his blue eyes flashed with a very bright and unnatural brilliance; a powerful spark of pure blue light radiated from them for a single second before returning to its natural state. This was a clear and undeniable proof of the massive change that had occurred within his physical form.
Dan rose slowly from his lying position while completely naked. He stood upright in the center of the laboratory and began examining his body carefully from the outside first. He looked at his hands and arms, then his chest and abdomen, inspecting every single part with precision.
From the outside, there did not seem to be a major or very obvious change in his physical appearance. He still looked like a powerful young man in his twenties, with well-proportioned muscles, healthy skin, and long blue hair. However, perhaps his skin was slightly more radiant than before, and his muscles were a bit more defined and dense in a subtle way.
But from the inside, Dan felt a massive and staggering difference. He felt as if a large, hot furnace had been ignited deep inside his body. Immense energy was flowing through every vein and every organ; a powerful heat emanated from his chest and spread to all his limbs. It was a wonderful and exhilarating sensation of pure power and vitality.
Then, he picked up his clothes and began putting them on; they were loose robes made of thick fur and carefully tanned leathers. Of course, over the long years he had spent in the wilderness, his original clothes—which he had brought with him from the Sage of the Six Paths' village at the start of his journey decades ago—had completely withered and torn. They were no longer fit for use, especially with his intense training and frequent washing.
Thus, Dan began wearing alternative clothes made from the fur and hides he obtained from animals he either hunted or raised. The important thing was that they were warm, comfortable, and durable, even if they were somewhat primitive.
When he had welcomed the twelve girls who became his wives at his base many years ago, they began spinning available wool in abundance from the large flocks of sheep he raised. After a while, Dan and his entire family had better clothes made from wool spun and woven by their own hands.
So, Dan currently wears clothes made of a blend of soft wool and thick fur; they are comfortable, warm, and perfectly suited for living in this mountainous region. All the members of his family also wear the same type of simple and practical clothing.
However, Dan clearly intends to change this matter in the future. He has a specific plan in mind to improve the standard of living, clothing, and tools available to his family, but he decided to wait a little longer until some important conditions are met.
He is waiting until his eldest sons reach a more mature age—at least forty years old—at which point they would have mastered the skill tree he designed for them and gained a good level of strength. Also, he wants to wait until he feels certain that Indra and Ashura from the first generation—the sons of the Sage of the Six Paths who are fighting in the outside world—have completely died and their era has ended. Only then will he begin implementing his plan with greater safety. He knows that ninjas and warriors in this world die at an early age due to injuries and accumulated damage from frequent battles.
Dan stepped out of his laboratory after making sure everything was in order. He noticed that the time was evening; the sun had set, and darkness was looming over the area. To his pleasant surprise, he found his twelve wives and some of his eldest daughters standing there waiting for him, their faces full of anxiety and anticipation.
It was clear they had been very worried about him throughout the period he spent isolated in the laboratory. Although he had told them not to disturb him, they could not stop themselves from waiting nearby to ensure his safety.
Dan looked at their anxious faces, and suddenly, he smiled a very, very rare smile—a genuine and warm smile that he only shows on extremely rare occasions. He is known for his cold, silent, and always serious nature, which caused all the wives and daughters present to be completely shocked for a moment by this strange sight. Then, the atmosphere changed quickly, and they were overwhelmed by a great wave of happiness, smiling broad, joyful smiles.
Then Dan said in his usual calm voice, but with a slightly lighter tone: "I am hungry." These were simple words, but they were enough to confirm that he was fine and that his secluded training had succeeded.
A short time later, Dan was sitting at the large table, eating the food his wives and daughters had prepared for him with great appetite. While he was eating, he began to notice something very strange and surprising; he noticed that his stomach felt like a deep pit without a bottom, as if it would never fill up no matter how much he ate.
Dan quickly understood that this strange change was a direct result of the massive improvement caused by the enhanced Vitality Seal on his internal organs. His stomach, intestines, and entire digestive system had improved significantly and become many times more efficient.
Therefore, Dan decided to continue eating more and more to see where his actual limit was. He ordered his wives and daughters to bring more food and cook more meat, bread, and vegetables, and they were racing enthusiastically to fulfill his request.
Dan continued eating massive amounts, clearly feeling that his enhanced stomach was digesting the food very quickly and with amazing efficiency. His other organs, like the liver, pancreas, and intestines, were helping to break down and analyze the food to the maximum degree possible so that every part of it could be fully utilized.
Thus, the waste and residue would be very, very minimal compared to the large amount of food he was eating. Of course, this does not mean that Dan will never need the toilet again, but rather that he will only need to use it after very long periods—perhaps once every few days or even a week, instead of every day.
At the same time, Dan decided to try something strange; he began devouring the hard bones of the cooked meat as well, instead of throwing them aside as people usually do. He crunched them with his strong teeth, chewed them well, and swallowed them.
He wanted to see if his enhanced stomach was truly capable of consuming and digesting even hard bones. Incredibly, it was indeed capable of doing so, which increased his amazement and great happiness. This means that his enhanced body can now exploit and consume every part of the food to the maximum possible degree without any waste.
Simultaneously, he felt his strong heart and its powerful, regular beats. He felt the immense power emanating from it, as if it was no longer just a muscle pumping blood, but rather as if it was sending waves of hot, powerful volcanic lava instead of just ordinary blood. Every beat filled his body with energy and vitality.
Dan also felt a great confidence—a logical expectation—that most known poisons would not be able to affect him negatively now. This is due to the immense strength of his liver and kidneys, which have improved significantly and become capable of filtering and purifying any harmful substances with amazing speed and efficiency. More importantly, these organs will continue to improve more and more over time.
Dan felt his new, improved body and all the massive changes and enhancements occurring within it constantly. After a long period of continuous eating, he finally stopped, feeling full and satisfied. He looked around at his wives and daughters, who were a little exhausted but looking at him with admiration and love.
Then Dan thought in a quiet voice, full of confidence and satisfaction: "It seems that I have opened a new door from now on." He smiled a faint, satisfied smile, for he knew that his life had changed forever, and that the future from now on was bright and full of unlimited possibilities.
