Chapter 239 - Chapter 239: Everything Is in Place

In truth, a star of this kind and the energy it contained far exceeded Dan's current ability to control through raw power alone. He had not yet reached the level where he could directly manipulate a blue giant star and process the tremendous energy contained within it.

Therefore, he would rely on a series of advanced, interconnected techniques to drain it completely instead of using a direct approach. To him, this was also a form of training that would refine his abilities and expand the scope of his control.

The truth was that there were other methods far simpler ones that could achieve the same ultimate goal of securing the natural energy required for his Inner World, although they differed greatly in both quantity and quality. For example, he could use smaller, less energetic stars to complete the project without all this complexity, such as brown dwarfs, which were failed stars that had never reached sustained nuclear fusion and contained far less energy, or orange dwarfs, which were abundant throughout the universe.

More than that, at his current level he could directly overpower an orange dwarf, compress it between his palms, drain it completely, and convert it into natural energy himself through the direct use of the Fermentation Seal, without requiring layered formations or complicated technical arrangements.

Not only that, but the process would also be much faster. He could convert large numbers of such stars into natural energy and continuously inject it into his Inner World at a steady pace, eventually obtaining the amount he required. This simpler path would be quicker to execute, technically far less complicated, and considerably less prone to failure.

But that was not the goal he sought. Dan regarded this difficult operation he had chosen as training, while at the same time allowing him to gain practical experience in dealing with forces that exceeded his current capabilities and learning how to overcome that gap through intelligence and technique rather than brute strength. The experience he gained here would prepare him for even greater projects in the future that would inevitably require the knowledge he acquired during this one.

Therefore, he had no intention of abandoning the blue giant project. It would accomplish his dual objective: obtaining an immense reserve of natural energy while simultaneously advancing along his own path. Choosing the easier route when the harder one was both possible and offered far greater rewards had never been his way.

Then there remained the project's second major task: the cycle of day and night. In its current lifeless state, the world possessed no source of light capable of regulating the fundamental cycles necessary for life to emerge and continue. For that purpose, he had decided to use a yellow dwarf star as the world's sun.

However, he had no intention of placing the star directly inside the Inner World. Although that solution appeared simple, it carried enormous complications that he had no desire to deal with at this stage. If he wanted to install a true sun within the world itself, he would first have to expand the world's horizontal dimensions enormously, because the sun would need to remain far enough from the continent to provide suitable light and heat without either scorching the land or freezing it. That distance would have to be at least approximately 450 million kilometers, meaning the entire world would require an immense additional expansion in every direction.

Such an approach was simply impractical at this stage and would introduce unnecessary complications on top of those already present. Therefore, the simplest, most practical, and least demanding solution was to create another dimension that would remain separate from, yet connected to, the Inner World . a dimension dedicated solely to the sun while allowing its light and heat to pass naturally into the world itself.

He intended to do exactly the same with the moon. Its existence was not merely aesthetic but functional, influencing tides and the biological cycles of countless living organisms. It too would be placed within its own separate yet connected dimension. However, he would not isolate the moon's gravitational or luminous influence from the Inner World; those effects would continue to function naturally.

To Dan, these engineering solutions for the sun and moon were elegant in the truest sense of the word. They accomplished exactly what was required with precision.

After completing his final calculations, isolating the blue giant before him within an enormous spatial domain, and confirming that every arrangement was in its proper place and every technical formation stood ready for activation,
