Chapter 318 - Chapter 318 : Nira Spear

"There is no one who can stand against me. In this world, I am the Demon King. I am the one who decides who lives and who dies, and you, human, will pay the price for daring to challenge me."

Formor shouted in a voice that shook the mountains, raising his hands toward the sky. Huge orange circles pulsing with immense fiery energy appeared around him, and from them enormous waves of blazing energy began to take shape. The temperature rose to a terrifying level, until the rocks and mountains in the area began melting like wax and turning into pools of flowing magma, while the air itself twisted and distorted under the tremendous heat.

But Nira did not move. She remained standing in place like a statue, surrounded by an immense heat that was more than enough to melt any living creature, her expression completely indifferent. Her black cloak fluttered in the force of the scorching winds, while her cold eyes remained fixed on Formor.

"Die, die, human!"

Formor screamed at the top of his voice and unleashed his power. Numerous fiery beams erupted around him, each one like a blazing bolt of destruction, scorching everything in its path as they shot toward Nira, intent on erasing her from existence.

BOOOOOOOM!

BOOOOOOOM!

BOOOOOOOM!

The thunderous explosions echoed throughout the entire area. Vast portions of the land evaporated, numerous mountain ranges disappeared, and the earth was transformed into enormous craters. The air became filled with burning dust, while flames devoured everything around them, as if the entire world had collapsed beneath that devastating attack.

Formor stared in shock. The black-clad figure was still standing, but she had moved to an extremely high altitude, still looking down at him with her sharp, cold eyes. She had not even been scratched. She had not been affected in the slightest, as though the tremendous attack he had unleashed had been nothing more than a passing breeze.

"Interesting..."

Formor muttered, his voice slightly quieter than before, as he began to realize that this enemy was unlike anything he had ever faced. This human was not merely a powerful being; she seemed to exist outside the laws of this world, as though she were looking at him from another dimension, one that did not share the same reality he inhabited.

At that moment, Nira extended her hand as though she were about to grasp something from the air. Formor clearly saw a sky-blue spear appear in her hand, pulsing with pure light, as though it had been forged from the sky itself, radiating an aura of serenity and profound coldness.

A shiver ran down his spine, and his instincts screamed at the top of their voice, warning him of the imminent danger, as though an inner voice were shouting directly into his ear:

"Run. Run before it's too late."

This made him realize that, for the first time in his life, he was facing an opponent capable of killing him. The sensation was completely unfamiliar, confusing, and terrifying. His expression changed completely, losing the confident brilliance that had always filled it and being replaced by a sharp seriousness that had never appeared on his face before.

He had never suffered defeat throughout his long life; everyone who had ever challenged him had fallen beneath his feet. Yet, in the presence of that spear, he felt as though all his previous achievements were meaningless, and all his power was nothing more than dust before this mysterious being.

BOOOOOOOM!

His fiery aura suddenly exploded outward, rising to its maximum intensity, as though his entire body had transformed into a bomb of blazing flames. His body grew larger and more massive than before, his features transformed into something far more monstrous, and in an instant, enormous wings appeared behind his back while his horns erupted with black flames.

Formor had decided to use everything he possessed all his power, everything he had accumulated throughout the years in the battle that was about to begin. He felt as though the blade of death had been placed against his throat, and that this battle would be either his greatest victory or his eternal end. There was no third option.
