(The room is dark. Kenta and Yui are hiding behind the door. Balloons. Streamers. A cake on the desk.)
Yui: (whispering) "She has no idea!"
Kenta: (checking phone) "Three minutes until midnight."
Yui: "Why midnight?"
Kenta: "She mentioned once that she always wanted a midnight birthday. No one ever did it for her."
Yui: (softening) "Our Sui..."
Kenta: (nodding) "She deserves everything."
Yui: (kissing his cheek) "You're the best boyfriend."
Kenta: (ears red) "We're both the best."
Yui: (grinning) "Team effort!"
(Clock ticks. 11:59. 12:00.)
Kenta & Yui: (jumping out) "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUI!"
(Sui wakes with a start. Sits up. Sees them. Balloons. Cake with candles. Streamers.)
Sui: (blinking) "Wha—it's—midnight?!"
Yui: (laughing) "YOUR BIRTHDAY!"
Kenta: (holding the cake) "Make a wish."
Sui: (tearing up) "You... you remembered I wanted a midnight birthday?"
Kenta: (quietly) "You mentioned it once. I didn't forget."
Sui: (crying now) "KENTA-KUN!"
(She jumps out of bed. Tackles them both. Hugs. Kisses. Chaos.)

[Scene: Midnight Celebration]
(Candles lit. Sui closes her eyes. Blows.)
Yui: "What did you wish for?!"
Sui: (grinning) "Can't tell! Then it won't come true!"
Kenta: "It will anyway."
Sui: (melting) "He's so confident!"
(Cake is cut. Eaten. Lopsided again. Perfect.)
Sui: (mouth full) "Yui! This cake is AMAZING!"
Yui: (proud) "Kenta-kun helped!"
Kenta: "I measured ingredients."
Sui: (laughing) "Spreadsheet cake!"
Yui: (also laughing) "The best kind!"

[Scene: Gift Time - The Dress]
(Kenta hands her a wrapped box. Large. Beautiful.)
Sui: (nervous) "What is it?!"
Kenta: "Open it."
(She tears it open. Gasps.)
A dress. Deep red. Like sunset. Flowing. Elegant. With gold embroidery like flames.
Sui: (voice shaking) "Kenta-kun..."
Yui: (awed) "It's GORGEOUS!"
Kenta: "It reminded me of you. Bright. Warm. Fierce."
Sui: (crying) "You... you see me like that?"
Kenta: "I see everything about you."
Sui: (hugging the dress) "I love it. I LOVE it!"
Yui: "Try it on!"
Sui: "NOW?!"
Yui: "NOW!"
(Sui runs to the bathroom. Minutes later. Emerges.)
The dress fits perfectly. Red like fire. Gold embroidery catching light. She looks radiant.
Yui: (gasping) "SUI! YOU LOOK LIKE A PRINCESS!"
Kenta: (staring) (ears red) "..."
Sui: (nervous) "Kenta-kun? Do you like it?"
Kenta: (quietly) "You're breathtaking."
Sui: (melting) "KENTA-KUN!"
(She runs to him. Jumps. He catches her. She wraps around him.)
Sui: (kissing his cheek) "Thank you thank you thank you!"
Kenta: (holding her) "Happy birthday."

[Scene: The Ribbon]
(Kenta holds up a small box. Opens it. Inside: a silk ribbon. Deep red. Gold edges.)
Kenta: "For your hair. To match."
Sui: (crying again) "A matching ribbon?!"
Yui: (sniffling) "He's so thoughtful..."
Sui: (sitting before him) "Put it on me?"
(Kenta ties it in her hair. Gentle. Careful. Perfect.)
Sui: (touching it) "I'll never take it off."
Kenta: "You'll have to wash it."
Sui: (pouting) "Fine. Almost never."
Yui: (laughing) "That's our Sui!"

[Scene: The Locket]
(The smallest box. Velvet.)
Sui: (eyes widening) "Another one?!"
Kenta: "Open it."
(She does. A silver locket. Engraved. Opens to three photos. Kenta. Yui. Sui. Together.)
Sui: (full-on sobbing) "A LOCKET?!"
Yui: (also crying) "We have matching ones now!"
Sui: "I can carry you both? Always?!"
Kenta: "Always."
Sui: (looking at him) "Put it on me?"
(He moves behind her. Clasps it around her neck. She touches it. Warm.)
Sui: (whispering) "I'll never take it off. Ever."
Kenta: "Good."

[Scene: The Extra Kisses]
(Sui turns. Faces Kenta. Dress. Ribbon. Locket. Tears.)
Sui: "Kenta-kun... I need to kiss you."
Kenta: "You don't have to ask."
(She kisses him. Lips. Soft. Warm. Lingering.)
Then again. And again.
Sui: (between kisses) "For the dress." (kiss) "For the ribbon." (kiss) "For the locket." (kiss) "For loving me."
Kenta: (kissing back) "For being you."
(Yui watches. Smiling. Crying.)
Sui: (pulling Yui in) "You too!"
(She kisses Yui. Lips. Then Kenta again. Then Yui. Group kisses. Laughter. Tears.)
Sui: (breathless) "Best birthday EVER!"
Yui: (laughing) "It's only 12:30!"
Sui: (grinning) "MORE KISSES!"

[Scene: 2 AM - Parents Arrive]
(Knock on the door. Three of them freeze.)
Sui: (panicking) "Who's that at 2 AM?!"
Kenta: (checking phone) "Your parents texted. They're here."
Sui: (eyes widening) "MY PARENTS?!"
(Yui runs to hide the chaos. Kenta opens the door.)
Sui's Mom: (smiling) "Happy birthday, baby!"
Sui's Dad: (holding a gift) "Sorry we're late. Train delays."
Sui: (tackling them) "MOM! DAD!"
(Hugs. Tears. Laughter.)
Sui's Mom: (seeing the dress) "Oh my! Sui, you look beautiful!"
Sui: (beaming) "Kenta-kun gave it to me!"
Sui's Dad: (looking at Kenta) "You have good taste, kid."
Kenta: (ears red) "Thank you, sir."

(They all squeeze into the room. Cake is shared again. Gifts opened.)
Sui's Dad: (handing a box) "From us."
(Sui opens it. A photo album. Filled with childhood photos.)
Sui: (crying) "DAD! MOM!"
Sui's Mom: "We wanted you to have memories. Always."
Sui: (hugging them) "I love you so much."
Sui's Dad: (looking at Kenta and Yui) "You two take care of our girl?"
Kenta: "Always."
Yui: "Forever."
Sui's Dad: (nodding) "Good."

[Scene: Family Dinner at 3 AM]
(They order food. Eat together. Laugh. Talk.)
Sui's Mom: "Kenta, tell us about yourself. Really."
Kenta: (quietly) "I love your daughter. Both of them. I'll never let anything hurt them."
Sui's Mom: (tearing up) "That's all we needed to hear."
Sui's Dad: (raising a glass) "To Sui. To Kenta. To Yui. To family."
Everyone: "TO FAMILY!"
(They eat. Laugh. Celebrate. 4 AM comes. Parents finally leave.)

[Scene: Goodbyes]
Sui's Mom: (hugging Sui) "Happy birthday, baby. We love you."
Sui: (crying) "Love you too, Mom."
Sui's Dad: (shaking Kenta's hand) "Take care of them."
Kenta: "I will, sir."
(They leave. The door closes. Three alone again.)
Sui: (collapsing on bed) "That was... perfect."
Yui: (joining) "The best midnight birthday ever."
Kenta: (joining) "4:30 AM. We should sleep."
Sui: (kissing him) "One more."
Yui: (kissing him) "Two more."
Sui: (kissing Yui) "Three more."
(They laugh. Tangle. Finally sleep.)

(Twenty-one items now. He adds a photo. Sui in her red dress. Smiling. Locket visible.)
Kenta: (looking at them) "Twenty-one."
(He touches the photo.)
Kenta: (whispering) "Two birthdays. Two celebrations. Two girls. One heart."
(He joins them in bed. Three together.)
Sui: (mumbling) "Kenta-kun... best birthday..."
Yui: (mumbling) "Love you..."
Kenta: (holding them) "Love you both."
(He closes his eyes. Happy. Complete.)
Kenta: (thinking, last thought) "Two down. Forever to go."
