After 45 minutes of travelling, the car stopped in front of a huge crowd enough to tightly pack four large sized cars.
"Damn! What the heck is this? A huge crowd and even in the centre of the road. Means literally, they had taken this time to stop us purposely!" Said Poppy in disgust. She was clearly infuriated by the sudden appearance of the crowd.
"Wait aunt! I'm going to see what is happening." Said Harley as he walked straight towards the crowd. When he entered the crowd, he realised that these people were surrounding something in the centre. He then keeps advancing to reach the centre. But what he doesn't expect was that even moving along the people was more difficult than moving along people in a highly packed metro!
But somehow he managed to get inside. But what he saw there, was that one person was lying on the ground, blood spreading all around while the others were just looking at the person, doing nothing.
When he asked one elderly person about the man, he said that he was bullying one Mage but that mage was powerful so he made that condition of the bully. In other words, The Bully was Bullied.
After hearing the reason, and due to reason that the people were ignorant to his condition, he was filled with anger and he shouted,"Are you all mad? You can see a person lying in the ground fighting for his life and you all are just watching him suffering! At least you could've taken him to nearby hospitals and treated him. But no. You are here to see him die!"
Due to the shouting, Poppy and James came outside a little later then they saw the people disperse, leaving Harley and one heavily injured man lying beside his feet. Then Harley explained the matter when Poppy gave a nod and they took him into the car with Harley in the back, checking on the injured, giving CPR and James rubbing his hands while Poppy drove the car to the nearby hospital.
After 18 minutes of driving at around 30 to 40 km/hr speed, they reached the hospital. There they admitted the person, gave the necessary documentations and haded over the money.
Suddenly, the doctor handling his treatment came to them and spoke," Well, you did a great job! If he was late by even 5 minutes, he would die due to the continuous blood loss. I'm really grateful to you."
Then Poppy, Harley and James sat there for over an hour and after few more minutes, the doctor came and said,"He is fine now! Just a little bit of bedrest and he will be ready to go."
As soon as those words reached Harley's ears, he rushed to the doctors Amma said,"Thank you doctor, of not for you, then the ma'am would have died. I don't want to lose another man af–" As he spoke, years were coming out of his eyes as he stopped saying further.
"Well.... Um... We hand over this person to you. When he remains consciousness, please contact his family. For he might also be a husband, soon or a brother." Said Poppy as she showed signs of gratitude towards both the doctor and Harley for whom the person survived.
"I'm glad to have a big bro like you!" Said James and speaking to him in a friendly manner without any great as he did all the time because he hated speaking in a friendly manner except his teachers and his aunt. Soon after, they continued there journey to their new Home.
