"Mr. Harley Sawyer, please start writing! Already 30 minutes have passed. If you don't write, you would fail!" said Victoria in serious tone, seeing him thinking about something.
What she didn't expected the next moment she spoke from Harley is that Harley started writing! He was writing in full speed, like driving a car in about 50 to 60 km/hr of speed.
In about 10 minutes, he had already written the answer of 10 questions out of total 40 questions, 1 marks questions he had completed, obviously.
Then for the next 40 minutes, he chose to write the 5 marks long answer type question since he knew that 5 marks would take more time to write than the 2 markers or 3 markers. The five markers were about 4 in total. Even Victoria was shocked to see him completing 5 markers like evening snacks.
Then came the last section of questions. These were 2 markers and 3 markers. And there were more 20 marks to attend. The time was short too! In only 40 minutes he would have to write the rest.
But he was confident in his capabilities, he wrote and wrote, he finished all the four 2 marking questions.
20 minutes left, there were more four 3 marking questions. He wrote and wrote, not stopping for even a slight moment. He wrote, full focus there, no distractions, nothing else but focus and concentration.
In last 5 minutes, he completed the examination and also, he got 5 minutes for answer checking.
"Phew! At last the examination is over. I'll go home and sleep for 2 hours!" said the other students. But Harley, after submitting his answer sheet, came out of the building and waited for his aunt to come and pick him up. It was already noon! He was hungry, his tummy making weird sounds, upsetting Harley a lot.
After few moments, Poppy came and picked him up headed straight to his house.
In The House
"Oh, my dear, how was the examination?" said Godfrey as soon as Harley entered the house. Harley saw him preparing lunch while James helped him to arrange the table and chairs and also, serve the food that Godfrey made.
Harley was, in fact, surprised that he could cook. "I didn't expected you to know how to prepare food! I'm really surprised!" said Harley with a big, beautiful smile.
"Well, he's my husband, you know. And you can understand what that means (Poppy gave a grin)!!" said Poppy. Hearing this, everyone laughed out loud.
Suddenly, a voice came,"What the hell! Poppy, you are married to Godfrey!"
When they turned around, they saw a man in black dress and orange red hair tied in short ponytail.
It was Friedrik.
"What the f-" said Poppy as she stopped mid-speech. "Well, nothing to hide... um... yes, we are married. And it is a secret only we knew. And please, my dear Friedrik, please... do not expose it publicly! If you do expose it, I'll be p*ssed off!" said Godfrey anxiously.
"Why will I expose my friends' secrets! We are family since childhood, you know. So why will I do so? However, I'm glad that you are married. And also sorry, for I didn't give you your marriage gift. And... um... ho was the honeymoon, my darlings!" said Friedrik in amusement, giving a bright handome smile.
Poppy and Godfrey blushed very hard! They didn't expected him to say the word 'Honeymoon'.
"Well, you know... um... please can we talk privately, children would hear." said Poppy pointing towards Harley, who was scrolling in his phone and James leaned and watched Harley's phone.
The whole night, Friedrik and Lucy asked them many questions relating to their marriage with a tone that made them blush very hard.
They realised they had married 10 years ago, when Harley and James were still small and they did spent their honeymoon! But Poppy had a disease for which she was unfertile to bear a child, so that's why, they had no child.
This the day passed.
One afternoon, Harley and his family were talking about the academic session of the school the suddenly, their door knocked.
When the door was opened, Victoria and another man were standing, smiling. Then they entered and talked personally with Poppy and Godfrey. Then in front of Harley and James and Poppy and Godfrey, they turned to Harley and shouted:
"Welcome to Evergreen High School, Mr. Harley Sawyer!!"
