Chapter 225 - Chapter 225: A Grand Drama Spanning

As arrogant as the Celestial Dragons usually are, that's how pathetic they become when facing danger.

Moreover, these people often lack an accurate perception of their surroundings, habitually believing their status to be quite important.

Even though the God's Knights are considered elites among the Celestial Dragons, they are only elite in terms of combat talent and fighting power.

The reason they usually act fearless, even when Garling had half his head cut off by Rocks at God Valley, was because Imu granted them immortality.

When they realize that Blake can truly bring them mortal danger, their performance might not be any better than other Celestial Dragons.

The Snow Giant was terrified now.

Looking at the opponent's slightly trembling massive body, Blake couldn't help but shake his head:

"What's with you... You shouldn't be called Snow Giant, you should be called Hagrid, growing so big for nothing."

The Snow Giant was speechless at this moment, immense fear filling his heart. He stumbled backward, muttering, "Don't come over here" repeatedly.

Seeing his state, Blake had no intention of continuing to talk to him. It was better to deal with these guys quickly and return to Mary Geoise to enjoy himself.

Although he had interrupted the soul conversation between the Grim Reaper and Imu, he wasn't sure if Imu could perceive the deaths of the God's Knights.

But whether he could or not, facing the Snow Giant whose will had collapsed and was only retreating, Blake decided to finish the fight quickly.

He suddenly exerted force with his feet, and the hard permafrost exploded, sending him shooting out like an arrow from a bow.

Blake-red lightning coiled around his body, and Blake's figure cut an arc across the shattered island, appearing before the Snow Giant in an instant.

Blood was still gushing from the Snow Giant's right arm. He subconsciously raised his intact left arm to block, and cold air gathered into a translucent ice crystal shield.

Blake, however, had no intention of using combat techniques. His fist, wrapped in Blake-red lightning, smashed straight forward.

Boom!

The Snow Giant let out a desperate roar, and the remaining ice armor shattered under the pressure of the punch.

The punch landed squarely on the Snow Giant's chest, and a violent force erupted instantly!

The shockwave spread in a ring, leveling all the surrounding ice spikes.

The Snow Giant's massive body was sent flying backward, his feet leaving the ground.

Along his flight path, the frozen earth was torn open, and rock layers were overturned.

The terrifying punch pressure continued to surge forward, striking the remaining reefs by the sea.

Bang!

With a dull thud, the reefs shattered, and the Snow Giant landed on the remaining ice surface.

The sound of bones shattering was clearly audible.

The Snow Giant, lying on the ice field, struggled to lift his head, seemingly wanting to see his current condition, and finally, in disbelief, saw the gaping hole in his chest.

The flesh there was charred Blake, and the Blake-red electric light swirling around the edges still crackled, continuously burning and annihilating the wound, preventing any possibility of regeneration.

"What an... undignified death..."

A low growl, mixed with pain and relief, squeezed from his throat, and his body began to gradually shrink, eventually returning to the appearance of a normal Oni.

He used his last bit of strength to force a smile in Blake's direction:

"Although I don't know who you are, thank you!"

After saying this, the Snow Giant's breath completely ceased.

Blake, however, was stunned, not immediately understanding why the Snow Giant would thank him.

After a brief thought about the Elbaf plot, Blake realized that the Snow Giant's identity might be similar to Gunko's.

Judging from Gunko's brainwashing, she might not have willingly become a member of the God's Knights; perhaps for some reason, she exceptionally became a Celestial Dragon and joined the God's Knights.

The Snow Giant in front of him should be in a similar, perhaps even more tragic, situation.

After all, the relief in his eyes and his final thanks already allowed Blake to imagine a grand drama spanning 225 chapters—

For example, the World Government recognized the Snow Giant's talent, sent people to slaughter his island, killed his parents and relatives, and then brought him back to Mary Geoise.

After a period of brainwashing, the Snow Giant lost his name and memory, joined the God's Knights, and became a tool for the World Government.

However, what made Blake a bit curious was, if the Snow Giant's background was indeed similar, how did he develop the habits of a Celestial Dragon?

Shaking his head and casting these chaotic thoughts aside, Blake stood by the sea without looking back, and spoke faintly:

"Are you still not coming out? This makes me think my Conqueror's Haki might be exceptionally strong."

No one answered. Besides the howling wind, only the sound of the ice cracking after the Snow Giant's death and the island continuing to sink remained.

"Heh... It seems you're not a particularly brave warrior either. The World Government is truly pathetic."

After a taunt, Blake turned around. The Grim Reaper was speeding towards the other side of the island.

Even though Blake's first attack didn't use the technique of permanent Conqueror's Haki, the Conqueror's Haki imprint he had comprehended severely affected the Grim Reaper's recovery speed.

He had just recovered the half of his body that Blake had shattered, only to be met with the horrifying hole in Number 46's chest and the Snow Giant's massive body lying on the ice field.

The Grim Reaper was instantly terrified, abandoning all other concerns and turning to flee frantically.

The teleportation array was completely useless in the face of the opponent's Conqueror's Haki. What was even more despairing was that they hadn't even brought a ship when they came.

Now, to escape, he could only use Moonwalk to run towards the sea, wherever that might take him. If he wasn't caught by Blake and could find an island before his stamina ran out, he might still have a chance to live.

But Blake wasn't an idiot; how could he forget that there was still someone else on the island?

The Grim Reaper's movements were as good as static in Blake's eyes.

His figure merely flickered, and he had already appeared on the Grim Reaper's inevitable path, moving at an astonishing speed.

"No!"

The Grim Reaper let out a desperate shriek, his scythe futilely slashing at Blake's neck, attempting a final struggle.

Blake merely raised his right hand casually.

Snap!

His right hand precisely gripped the Grim Reaper's scythe-wielding wrist, and his fingers tightened.

Crack!

Accompanied by the crisp sound of bone breaking and a scream, the scythe fell from his hand.

Blake casually took his scythe, weighed it in his hand, and nodded with satisfaction:

"Quite handy!"

Saying that, he swung it casually.

The Grim Reaper's will to live was still strong; he endured the intense pain and raised both arms to try and block.

But Blake's Haki, combined with the scythe's inherent sharpness, easily severed his arms and then sliced across his neck.

Terror and disbelief filled the Grim Reaper's eyes as his lifeless body fell to the ground.
