"Alright, don't waste my time, kid. Get out," said Galvus in a loud voice.
"I have come to make a proper deal with you. Just hear my terms," said Maximillian.
"I don't care whatever candy you've come to offer. And who even let you in here? Get the hell out before I call your father."
"Alright, fine. I'll go and tell Father about your secret in Grand Valley."
With that, Maximillian turned and began to walk away.
"Hey, wait, brat! What did you say about Grand Valley?"
"Hey, get back here!" roared Galvus in irritation.
"So, are you ready to hear my deal now?" said Maximillian calmly.
"Alright, state whatever you want, kid," said Galvus.
"Here's the deal—I want you to tell me and provide a solution for that root circle thing you mentioned, great hero Galvus," said Maximillian.
"And what would you give me in return?" asked Galvus.
"The information about how I came to know your secret in Grand Valley," Maximillian replied confidently.
"Then tell me…" Galvus said, clearly interested.
"Great hero, I was approached last night in my room by some masked people. They said they would give me everything I want if I support them. They also told me your various secrets and claimed they are very powerful," said Maximillian, a hint of fear in his voice.
"Some shady people, huh? They dared to enter a prince's room and conspire… interesting. Tell me more about them," said Galvus.
"No," replied Maximillian.
"Why? Isn't that part of our deal?"
"No. First, complete your part. Only then will I continue."
"What, you don't trust me?"
"No."
"…Alright, fine. I'll tell you," said Galvus, sighing.
"You were cursed by someone before your awakening. Because of that, during your awakening, you were unable to open any circle other than the root circle. As for a solution… I don't know one because it is a strong curse made by those wile witches of the east ."
"So now our deal is complete. You can complete your part now " said Galvus.
But then he saw Maximillian walking toward the exit again.
"Hey! Where are you going now?" screamed Galvus.
"I came to the wrong place, so I'm leaving as I realised it " Maximillian said flatly.
"I really don't know any method for now ,but I promise I'll help you. I swear on my name as Archpreceptor Galvus."
"Alright, I believe you," said Maximillian turning on the spot
"Now quickly, tell me more, Prince."
"Well, first you give me the method. Only then—"
"Ugh! How can you be like this, you damn irritating brat?!" screamed Galvus once again.
"Just tell me, or I'll kill you."
As Galvus finished speaking, a sharp object was suddenly placed against Maximillian's throat from behind.
"Now speak quickly," said Galvus impatiently.
"Well… go ahead. I've already lost the will to live after hearing I have no future. Ah… because of you, my life is ruined…" Maximillian began crying more and more like some spoiled brat.
"Alright, alright! You can go. I promise I'll help you once I find a solution. Now stop crying, for God's sake," said Galvus, forcing the irritation off his face and suddenly the knife on Maximillian neck disappeared
"Alright. Hope we meet again, Grandpa Archpreceptor," said Maximillian, wiping his fake tears.
"…Fine. You may go. I'll call you when I've arranged something. Until then, just tell me their name," said Galvus.
"They told me their name was New Moon," said Maximillian before running off.
---
In the corridor
Maximillian was ecstatic. His mission had somehow succeeded, and thanks to his young age, no one suspected a thing.
He had mixed lies with bits of truth, crafting a story convincing enough to fool even that fossil.
In reality, no group called New Moon had ever visited him. He had fabricated everything and exaggerated their power.
Even if Galvus tried to investigate, it would be useless—because the group simply didn't exist.
And with the truth about the Grand Valley secret mixed in, Galvus would be even less likely to doubt him.
"That old fool must be going mad right now."
Still, it had been a dangerous encounter.
But anything was fair on his path to the peak.
And when he will not find anything about this non existent group , he will go full panic mode and come back to him
Hahhahahahahahhah
---
Meanwhile…
That brat… how dare he stand against me?
If not for his importance in my plans, I would have killed him already.
But how did an underworld organization escape my notice? One that dared to enter the prince's room under my watch—and even knew my secrets?
It seems I've grown careless.
But no more.
I will remind the world who Galvus truly is.
And as for that brat… I'll let him fly for now. Let him think he has the upper hand.
After all… he was the one foolish enough to tell me.

As seasons turned, Eveline's name began to echo across the kingdom. Not merely as a warrior, but as a symbol. A flame that awakened courage in the hearts of countless women who once feared to dream of the sword.
And as destiny would have it, the grand Knighthood Tournament of Warren approached—a sacred trial where warriors carved their names into legend. Only those who proved their worth could be chosen, knighted by lords of power and prestige
That evening, beneath the golden hush of a setting sun, Lorrenz and Eveline sat at their familiar place—the quiet hill where dreams were spoken freely.
Eveline gazed toward the horizon, her voice soft yet filled with longing.
"Only seven days… and then, I will finally become a knight. I will be chosen… by my future lord."
A shadow of sadness flickered across Lorrenz's face.
"Oh… so you wouldn't want me as your lord, Eve?"
She turned quickly, almost startled.
"No, no—it's not that!" she said, her voice laced with worry. "It's just… I must be chosen by someone of high standing. That's how the world works. Only then can I truly rise and become a formal knight … and earn more too."
Lorrenz smiled faintly, though his eyes held something deeper.
"I know. I was only teasing." He paused, then asked gently, "Tell me… who do you wish to serve?"
Eveline hesitated, then spoke with quiet reverence.
"Our king… Lorrenz."
She let out a small, bittersweet laugh. "But someone like me… I doubt I'll ever reach that far."
Lorrenz turned toward her, his voice steady—firm with belief.
"Why not? I believe you will… I trust you."
Eveline's eyes softened, but doubt lingered.
"Everyone will be there… the strongest warriors in the kingdom. How can I, as a woman, surpass them?"
Lorrenz's voice grew warmer, unwavering.
"We didn't come this far because of strength alone. We came this far because you believed in yourself. And you can go even further. Just… don't stop believing now."
For a moment, silence embraced them.
Then Eveline smiled… a blush blooming across her cheeks.
"You know… if you keep saying things like that…"
She looked away, her voice dropping to a whisper.
"I might just fall hopelessly in love with you , lorry "
Lorrenz froze, his face turning crimson.
"W-wait… would you really… fall for someone like me?"
Eveline didn't answer immediately.
Instead, she avoided his gaze, her voice playful yet trembling with truth.
"Who knows… maybe I already have. For the fool of this town."
"R-really…?"
Before he could finish, she stepped closer and pulled him into her arms.
"I've never seen anyone as dense as you," she murmured softly. "You dummy… I still don't understand how I fell for you."
And there, beneath the dying light of the sun, as the sky burned gold and crimson, the two stood entwined—hearts finally speaking what words could not.
