Chapter 3 - Chapter Three

A Black car pulled up at a container near the docks from it emerged none other than Ives, Zeke and their newest addition — Isolde.

"They're inside, sir." Zeke reported.

Ives who was sitting in the back with Isolde, turned to inform her,

"What we're going to do might be disturbing. You can choose to remain here till we return."

About to leave the car, Isolde grabbed his wrist.

"May I come with, Master?"

She entreated him with these words. The amount of reverence she had towards him made her unbelievably submissive even now as she said them her eyes didn't rise to meet his.

"It's okay. You can come but I have to warn you things will get ugly."

"Thank you, master." Isolde left the car and she bowed reverently in thanks, Ives' heart warmed at this sight.

Zeke had watched their interaction from the mirror above the dashboard, his eyes narrowed in response.

The interior of the container was empty save five masked gangsters who stood over three gagged individuals.

Ives knew the captives all too well. Luke, Jason and Ted.

The trio who always gave him hell. Seeing Ives looming confidently over them, their faces turned pale and they began squirming, trying to speak through their muzzles.

"Don't bother." Ives' words said it all. They wouldn't be getting out of this alive.

The room became silent, Ives inquired from Zeke.

"Have they been paid?" He said pointing to the gangsters.

"Yes, sir. In full."

Ives faced the masked individuals who stood on alert at his gaze and bowed deeply.

"Thank you for your service."

Their eyes widened, normally such deals like this began and ended without such much as a look of acknowledgement from the employer to them, for Ives to give them such a gesture even after paying them in full was unsettling and also appreciated.

The masked men's leader stretched his hand and Ives shook it, an unspoken unity had formed between them woven from respect and mutual acceptance.

"Sin problema, jefe."

(No problem, Boss.)

The time had come and Ives' gaze returned back to Luke and his boys.

"Isolde. What is the best way to finish them off?"

Ives gave that decision to none other than his new property. Isolde immediately went to work.

"Since they are worse than scum. We can give them two choices — One, a quick death. A bullet to the head and it's over or the other option, they live but not as people. We will damage their bodies to such a degree that functioning normally becomes impossible and they wouldn't be able to say anything of what happened here to anyone." Isolde turned to the boys and announced, "If you choose the first option, blink once and for the latter, twice."

A wave of cold angst surged through the bodies of everyone present especially Luke, Jason and Ted whose lives will soon be forfeit.

Each one of them felt genuinely grateful for not being in these boys' shoes especially Zeke who smiled at Isolde as he adjusted his glasses.

Ives though wrathful still questioned himself after hearing Isolde but he couldn't afford to hold back.

After a lifetime enduring humiliation, abuse and being a toy for their degenerate pleasures, Ives had already sworn not to hold back when this day comes.

"If I go to hell, then so be it." The oath has been cast with blood and fire, stamped onto the walls of his heart and mind.

"Zeke, tell them to begin we don't have all night." Ives turned to Isolde, "What will you need?"

The grotesque performance began, the boys were brought to make their choice. With a gun pointed at the back of their heads and several crude medicinal equipments before them.

Ted, the first opted for life.

Jason and Luke on the other hand stood still without moving, believing this all to be a farce to scare them but they changed their minds when Isolde took a gun from the gangsters and fired several rounds into the skull of Jason making Luke scream and twitch in horror.

He eventually accepted life in-between tears.

They were drugged then Isolde operated with medical expertise, removing their tongues, severing off pieces of their brains and spinal cord. The whole thing lasted two hours and in the end, the remaining lay on the floor, wheezing, eyes wide open but no response to anything. They were like Zombies, the whole container reeked of blood and Isolde washed off her hands in a purple antiseptic.

"All done, master." Isolde reported back to Ives who nodded in satisfaction as they both walked back to the car.

Zeke pushed an envelope to the gangsters and nodded to them. The second they drove off, the masked man finished up. Another operation was conducted, this time without anesthesia since the boys could not give resistance but experience pain helplessly.

Their kidneys, liver and other valuable parts were removed before gasoline was poured on them. The fire was set, they burnt to ash and the remnants were thrown into the ocean. All loose ends and risks were tied up and all that happened in that warehouse would never be heard from anyone again.

.....

Ives sat alone in the living room while his uncle's family ate, this was his punishment ever since he didn't do the laundry like he was supposed to.

Their laughter and conversations had nothing to do with him, that world wasn't open for those like him.

He suddenly felt a kick at his back, it was Curtis.

"Mom said you should go get some wine from the store."

He obeyed without a word, walking down the road he avoided eye contact with anyone and kept his head low.

He went and got the bottle and rushed back but he didn't get far.

Luke and his boys appeared from the corner and pointed at him, he took off running as the boys gave chase.

Ives reached the door but it was locked, Curtis waved from the window and he heard their conversations inside.

His aunt asked where he was and Curtis replied that he had left to hang out with Luke and the rest. His errand wasn't even real, Curtis set him up. Ives felt himself held down and dragged off by Luke, Jason and Ted who laughed like demons.

The neighbourhood acted like nothing was happening, behind Ives a wall of darkness grew, everything that moved into it disappeared into the void.

Ives screamed and clawed forward trying to escape the grip of the ones pulling him in but he couldn't fight them off. He was thrown in like garbage, he felt the darkness swallowing him trying to rip him apart from the inside out but a warm sensation stopped him.

"I'm with you.. Relax."

The warm feeling engulfed him till he felt safe and slid into a deep restful slumber.

He opened his eyes to the ceiling of his bedroom, all that was just a dream.

Ives slid into the bathroom to freshen up, in the mirror he saw a red mark on his forehead.

"Lipstick?" After showering he returned to his bedroom and searched the bed finding long strands of blonde hair hidden in the creases of his bedsheet.

He knew who it was. The second he stepped into the passage, the lights came on. But he didn't like the glare and immediately clapped to turn them off.

He found who he was looking for sitting on a blue bean bag in the veranda, reading a book.

Long lush blonde hair, peaceful blue eyes, a Teardrop face, well developed figures, porcelain white skin wearing a beautiful white shirt and black pants that didn't nothing to hide her curves. Somehow her modesty made her a mouth-watering sight.

She pushed her hair out of the way, silently moving her mouth as she read.

"What are you reading?"

Isolde jolted and faced Ives, her alert eyes immediately calmed.

"Wuthering heights, Master."

She shifted to the side, wordlessly inviting Ives to sit beside her and he did.

She held the book to his face and explained the plot in-depthly with such poise and rhythm that soon he too wanted to have a go at the book while Ives read a few lines, Isolde made him some tea.

The Moon has waxed to its peak, Valkyren below was bathed in it's holy light.

Isolde and Ives sat down in this glow. After setting down the tea beside him, Isolde sat down to read alongside Ives.

"You've already gone far ahead. Continue from there, I will read later." Ives tried to use this attempt to leave but Isolde was quicker, "I'm sorry, master."

Ives froze at her unexpected words, Isolde fell to her knees before Ives and rested her head on his laps.

"I entered your room without permission then consoled you…" With a more emotional tone, "I just couldn't let you keep screaming in pain. I accept any punishment you dish out."

Ives didn't know how to respond to this so ended up staring blankly for a minute till she left and returned, placing a belt on his laps. The message was clear still Ives rejected it, "No need. I will educate you in my own way." He felt disgusted at the idea of harming Isolde but knew that regardless of how well she had performed it could all be an act, in this new life of his, a single weak-minded decision could rob him of everything and such betrayal could come from anywhere.

Zeke.

Isolde and even himself.

His hands landed on her, it didn't take words to know what he was about to do.

Ives had never enjoyed the company of a woman and now Isolde would have to do.

She was safe, easy and willing if she wanted to be reprimanded then this would be the best way to avoid hurting her and satisfy her masochistic desires while maintaining his strong domineering presence.

She was a tool, she knew that and she wanted that.

Isolde unbuttoned her shirt, making bare her upper body even though they weren't yet inside.

Anyone could see them at this height if they weren't careful.

She entreated him with a whisper, "Use me Master."
