Jay POV:
I woke up to warmth, not like blanket warmth or the heat from the sun, but comfortable and familiar warmth. I tried turning to my other side, but there was a solid presence behind me, stopping me from shifting. Then I realised, that I fell asleep with Kiefer. I pulled away slightly and turned to face him. He looked peaceful while sleeping, almost younger. I started staring at him, without noticing that he was slowly waking up.
Kiefer (murmured): If you want to kiss me, just do it
I was stunned and started blushing hard
Kiefer: If you won't I will *shifting closer to me*
Now we were inches apart. This idiot just makes my heart skip a beat with staying calm. That honestly should be illegal! I was about to lean closer, but then a soft sneeze burst out. Kiefer let out a soft chuckle and kissed my nose. Me being embarrassed nuzzled more into Kiefer's neck. He chuckled more and kissed the top of my head, while tightening his hold on my waist. And then a loud knock interrupted the peaceful moment, because in my life every peaceful moment ends as fast as it comes.
Kieren: KUYA, I AM DYING!!!
For a second I was genuinely concerned, while Kiefer looked mildly amused and annoyed.
Kiefer: No, you're not. And come in!
He seemed completely unbothered by the fact that I was still tucked in his neck!!!!!!!! Kieren came in and immediately froze. He looked happy, disgusted, embarrassed and ready to tease at the same time
Kieren: YOU ARE LETTING ME DIE BECAUSE OF HER!
I chuckled
Kiefer: You are not dying. You are just exaggerating
Kieren: Kuya, you wound me!
Kiefer (murmured): Exactly like Percy
I knew he still missed him and honestly, I did too. Even though he was a self-obsessed idiot.
Kieren: What did you say?
Kiefer: Nothing, you are just hungry
Kieren: Exactly, I am dying of hunger, while you are cuddling with your future wife!!
I turned red
Kieren: See, even ate knows she will become your future wife!
Kiegan woke up and was standing in front of our door way. His hair was messy and he came while rubbing his eyes like he just woke up.
Kiegan: Why are everyone trying to kill me?
Kieren: I am dying of hunger and he is cuddling with Ate!!
Kiegan immediately smirked.
Kiegan: Let's give them alone time, Kieren. Maybe they will do something we don't want to see.
Kiefer (warning): Kiegan..
Kieren (whining): What about my French toast?
Jay: Kief, wake up. Make him French toast
Kiefer: But...
I gave him a glare, that shut him up instantly.
Kiegan and Kieren: Only Ate can control Kuya!
Kiefer: Jay, you are staying in bed
Jay: But-
Kiefer: No buts, you are not moving unless I am carrying you
I didn't have the time to argue with him and honestly, I didn't mind him carrying me everywhere.
Kiefer: Boys, go down stairs, let me freshen up.
They obeyed and went downstairs.
