I keep the Horizon's hood down until I reach the palace's side wing, and only before crossing the last door do I pull it up.
The Horizon Cowl closes around my head and neck. The leather with its dark scales loses some of its shine under the corridor light, breaking the shape of my face inside the shadow. It doesn't make me invisible. It just forces someone to look longer to place who's passing.
