The next few days was nothing short of torture.
He died again and again.
Instead of running he punched the wolf in front of him but before he could react to the ones behind him, he was torn apart.
The pain was worse than getting abused than everything his father had ever done to him combined.
After his fifth death, he had no choice but to ask for help.
"My Lord, may I have a sword and my mind path back?"
"No," The ancient entity said, "All I will tell you is, you keep fighting like a human, fight like a vampyre only then would you survive."
"At least take away my ability to feel pain." Jensen asked.
"No," If the entity had a physical form, it would be shaking his head. "The lack of pain receptor would be a catastrophic disadvantage on a battlefield."
"Your best chance is to get use to the pain now where the danger is not catastrophic."
"Your words are wise, My Lord." Jensen sighed before he got back to the training.
He died until he learnt to use his claws as weapons and he kept dying until he learnt to use his speed in battle.
He had to learn to use his senses, to keep fighting while the pain of regeneration assaulted him.
And with his every improvement all three wolves improved as well, they got smarter, shaper and even began to work together.
He kept dying until he learnt to use all advantages of been a vampyre.
And only then did he win, at this point he had lost count of the number of death and regeneration he had gone through.
"Are you ready for the real test?" The ancient entity asked, "I have to remind you, this time there will be no rebirth?"
Jensen closed his eyes and took a deep breath, "Yes, My Lord, I am ready."
"Good."
Five puppets rose up from the ground; they had same build as he did but with plain face.
They had no eyes, mouths, nose, or ears
One had bare hands, another had a sword, another had a spear, another had a bow and the last one had nothing but its claws.
Scanning all five opponents Jensen took a deep breadth and charged at them.
His first target was the bow man.
He reached the bowman almost instantly, but his eyes suddenly sharpened and he forcedly changed his direction narrowly escaping the spear.
The spear stopped a few centimetres from the bowman, and it didn't even flinch.
'Emotionless? I thought as much.' Jensen thought but before he was able to catch his breath, he jumped back again narrowly missing a sword strike.
He snapped his head sideways as arrow zipped pass his face, before he could look forward a fist smashed into his face throwing him backwards.
He slammed into the ground and immediately rolled away from the claws that landed exactly where he had been laying.
He immediately got on his feet, ready for the next attack.
'Their synergy is so good, even better than the wolves.' Jensen thought as he got into his fighting stance.
'Before the training with the wolves I would have most definitely died from the first attack.'
This time he waited for them to attack first.
*Several Hours Later*
Jensen slowly laid on the ground, surrounding him was whatever was left of the faceless puppets.
He was in so much pain, one of his eyes were ripped out from its sockets with his one of his hands missing.
His stomach was almost ripped apart and some of his guts seemed about to be spilled.
Three fingers from his remaining hand were twisted beyond shape. His left thigh had a massive gash while his right one had three arrows still inserted in it.
Jensen closed his eyes, he could feel his wounds slowly closing up, the pain that came with his regeneration felt oddly liberating.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA," Jensen began laughing, he laughed and laughed and laughed.
"I WIN! I ALWAYS WIN!!!"
"DID YOU SEE THAT, I WON, I FUCKING WON."
"Indeed, you did and I am impressed." The ancient entity said before his voice suddenly turned dead serious.
"Do you wish to continue the trial or exit with a reward of ten drops of Common Vampyre Blood Essence and one drop of Noble Vampyre Blood Essence?"
Suddenly his voice turned a little softer, "I like you kid so I will warn you, nobody has ever survived the royal trials."
"As far as the royal trial goes so far it has a zero percent completion rate."
Jensen stayed silent and the next words that came out of his mouth were, "Can I sleep?"
"Very well," the surrounding arena and puppets slowly vanished with a bed appearing beneath him.
His injuries closed instantly with the arrows still in the wounds vanishing.
Jensen instantly fell asleep.

The moment Jensen awakened and got out of his bed he appeared back in the endless white space.
"Do you wish to continue the trial or exit with a reward of ten drops of Common Vampyre Blood Essence and one drop of Noble Vampyre Blood Essence?"
"I will continue to the next trial." Jensen answered.
"Are you sure?" The ancient entity asked.
"Yes, I am sure."
"Very well but first tell me, why?"
"According to what I have learnt about bloodline, a higher-grade bloodline from the same species will always supress a lower grade bloodline." Jensen explained.
"Sometimes it doesn't even need to be the same species just the same race is enough." He paused before he continued again.
"And I believe if the gap is wide enough even an entirely different race could be suppressed."
"Even though your knowledge on races is very basic are not entirely wrong." Ancient entity responded.
"According to your own words the power I hold is similar to that of a common Vampyre, I could only imagine what a noble vampyre can do talk less of the royal vampyre."
"Now that I have the chance to get something so great, giving up such opportunity and letting someone else have a chance at it is nothing short of stupidity."
"If I take that Noble bloodline, I will have to live in fear for the rest of my life that someone might get the royal bloodline, and I doubt it will end well for me."
"True." The ancient entity chuckled, "I will tell you with bloodlines from primal race it is far worse, it is nothing less that subservient."
"Get ready."
A body began forming in front of Jensen.
'Shit, I have to fight this guy!!!'
