Nyx moves to the underground parking and finds a place that's not crowded.
"Jarvis, connect to the surveillance camera and erase the footage of me summoning my motorcycle"

"Good. Hehe finally, i can ride this bad boy" Nyx opened his system storage and summoned the motorcycle.

Nyx input the location where Jack was and drove off. Even though it's traffic, he doesn't care much he maneuvers the motorcycle in a tight spot.

"I'm half and even though i was raised in the US, my mom always talks Tagalog when my dad was not home" Nyx made an excuse. He can't just say that he was living in the Philippines in his previous life

"Moron! Who will bully me there? If i said i want something, it will happen, because the school was Nyx's backyard, they owned the school" Jack bragged as if he was the son of the Cromwell family
"Oho? So you're living like a prince there. But owning a private and well-known school in the USA, your family is absolutely rich" Alexa said
"That he is. Anyway Nyx, where will you study? I didn't know that you would really come here. 3rd world country vs USA? I absolutely choose the better one" Jack said
"Before you even invite me, i already plan to stay here. I don't want to live in the USA. 3rd world countries because of the corruption, but the nature here is stunning like a paradise"
'In the past year, I couldn't let go of this country. The country mold who i am today even though i was already a reborn person. The tie with the country didn't disappear as my mother was born and raised here. I will make this country greater than anyone else, those politicians who ruined the country will die'

"Give 2nd chance? How about those kids who were raped and killed? They didn't have a 2nd chance. Do you agree Nyx?" Marie
"Killing was not good but if it concerns the people, that's the only thing that can be done. Look this way, if you're so against killing, why not question the military? They are killing the rebels in the mountains. Is it because the rebels are killing innocent people that your judgment didn't apply to them?"
The group looked at Daniella who was contemplating what to answer but didn't get the chance

"I was thinking of going to UP but i know it was not your cup of tea there. You hate that school for unknown reasons" When Jack and Nyx talk to each other when they were in the US, he learn about Nyx's opinion about that university
"I just don't like it there. If you really want to be there, i won't force you to change. The universities here are close to each other, so we can hang out more often"
"Okay. UP was my dream school so was my family that's why I chose it. I said previously that I'm not sure where to go but i was just messing with them. I already planned to study there" Jack said
"Where are you going then? Why not go with me Nyx? I'll be your tour guide" Daniella
"Come to DSLU, more fun there" Prince said
"I'll think about it," Nyx said

It was nigh when Nyx arrived at the hotel he was staying in. Jack and the others are insisting on partying tonight but Nyx doesn't like crowded places in a small space. He turned down the offer but Jack said that they would visit me here in my hotel
"Need to plan to better this country. This country won't need to be cleansed of corruption. Even if i help or pour money, it won't change anything unless they are gone"
"First, I need to strengthen the president. The good thing is, he was already doing great with 87% approval rate, the other politician was moving carefully afraid of being called out."

Nothing else to do, i decided to roam outside and eat my dinner.
Looking around, the street, it was peaceful compared to the common area in Manila. BGC is a modern city in the Philippines which is why many rich people spend their time shopping.
I spotted a stall that was selling food, bought it, and sat in the space under the tree in the park. Looking around the bustling street. Family gathering together, teens who were enjoying their youth.
Observing them put a smile on my face. Truly grateful for what God gave me.
"Hello, are you new here sir?" A 10-year-old kid walked beside me
I look at the kid. He was dirty, i knew already that he was homeless. Homelessness was not uncommon in the other country but in most 3rd world, it was all around.
That's the one thing Nyx was baffled by in his country. They are already struggling but they keep having babies until they can't feed them anymore
Maybe because they are struggling and the only fun they get is having sex, but at least they need to use protection. The child being born and going through begging just to have something to eat was unjust for them.
Nyx remembers his past as he looks at the kid.
"Yeah, i just arrived yesterday. How bout you? Were your parents? It's already late" i leaned against the tree and looked at the sky
"I'm alone. My dad abandoned us, after that because my mother couldn't support me, she also did the same thing as my father did" because he was living on the streets, he was forced to mature early

After seeing me nod, the kid ran fast and called the people he knew. Even those whom he didn't know were called
After 5 minutes, he returned with at least 30 kids. Some are adults, but most of them were aged around 8 to 15
"Sir, i bought them. That 3 old ladies and 2 old men were the ones who always took care of us. If we don't have food, they will provide us even if they are the ones who starve" the kid said with a grateful expression
