Chapter 125 - Don't Let Kiana Talk Nonsense!

"Lady Cocolia, the informants we sent out have lost contact with us. We presume they have already met with an accident. Should we send more people over?"

Inside the Anti-Entropy base, an Anti-Entropy member cautiously approached Cocolia and reported.

"There is no need for that at the moment. You may step down."

Cocolia waved her hand to dismiss them, and her attention returned to the holographic Projection in front of her.

It was the latest intelligence regarding Lierre. Carrier pigeons might be a bit slow, but they had at least successfully delivered the information.

When Cocolia learned the news that Lierre and Theresa were about to get married, she almost thought she was hallucinating.

Only after repeatedly confirming it did she have to accept this reality.

This meant that if she wanted to rescue Bronya from Lierre's clutches, it would be even more difficult.

"Since that brat adopted Bronya, she most likely won't mistreat her. I suppose that's a blessing in disguise."

It was hundreds of times better than being a captive; after all, with the latter, she would have to worry about it developing into a hentai plotline.

Based on the available intelligence, that brat was a lesbian. Who could guarantee that Bronya wouldn't fall victim to her!

"No, I absolutely cannot let that brat have any chance to come into contact with Liliya and the others!"

Cocolia clenched her fists through gritted teeth, swearing silently in her heart.

Bronya must have suffered terrible grievances being forced to acknowledge Lierre as her mother. She would never allow such a thing to happen again!

...

Amusement park.

Theresa rested her hands on her hips, tilting her head up as she scolded a bitter-faced Kiana.

Just then, Bronya, dressed in an aqua-blue princess dress, walked over. Her light gray eyes swept over the two before finally landing on Lierre.

A hint of shyness flashed in her eyes as she parted her lips and called out softly, "Mom..."

"...Yeah."

Lierre responded, a trace of surprise flashing in her eyes. She hadn't expected Bronya to call her that in front of so many people.

The air fell dead silent.

The surrounding onlookers widened their eyes, staring at Lierre and Bronya in disbelief.

What a massive piece of gossip!

Even Theresa stopped her lecturing, and both she and Kiana revealed expressions of utter disbelief.

This was the first time they had heard Bronya address Lierre like this.

Faced with the strange looks from the crowd, Bronya also felt embarrassed.

Originally, she had wanted to return to the dorms and spend the day peacefully. Who would have thought that the current Herrscher of Reason, Welt Yang, would show up at her door, revealing his identity to seek her help.

At the time, to convince her, Welt Yang had used objective facts to recount Otto's actions in recent years.

It was to let her know what kind of dangerous person Otto was, and what dangers Lierre might face if she fell into his hands.

After truly understanding Otto, Bronya agreed without hesitation.

Because Welt Yang merely wanted to use her identity to try and win Lierre over; it posed no substantial harm to Lierre.

After all, the choice lay in Lierre's hands.

If Otto wanted to make a move against Lierre, Anti-Entropy could serve as a backup plan, capable of providing Lierre with temporary protection.

Although there was no guarantee that someone within Anti-Entropy wouldn't harbor ulterior motives, overall, the pros outweighed the cons.

Lierre had shown her kindness, so Bronya would naturally try her best to repay it.

"Bronya, why are you here?!"

Kiana scanned Bronya with a gaze full of doubt and surprise. She then poked Bronya's arm, crouched down, and whispered in her ear, "Don't tell me you're also here to act as a wingman?"

"?"

Bronya turned her head to look at her in confusion, hesitated for a moment, and then nodded.

She was here to close the emotional distance between herself and Lierre. As for the wingman Kiana mentioned...

Bronya thought about it, then took the initiative to hold both Lierre and Theresa's hands. Looking at the roller coaster not far away, she said, "Bronya wants to ride the roller coaster."

"This..."

Theresa glanced at Bronya, then at Lierre, and the heart that had just calmed down suddenly began to race again.

Th-th-this... doesn't this make us look like a family of three?!

Suddenly having a nominal daughter made Theresa feel a bit at a loss.

Gasp!

Kiana drew in a sharp breath of cold air, staring at Bronya's back in shock.

She really didn't make a move until she had to, but when she did, it was astounding.

To think Bronya had this trick up her sleeve; she had really broadened her horizons!

"Alright, then we'll use the roller coaster as our starting point and ride as many amusement facilities here as possible. Let's go."

Lierre nodded, and immediately took the lead to walk forward.

Bronya followed naturally. Faced with the gazes of the people around them, Theresa had no choice but to bite the bullet and follow them.

Meanwhile, Kiana seemed to have thought of another good idea. Holding up her phone, she chattered incessantly, attempting to persuade the three to pose for photos with her, but was ultimately flatly rejected by Theresa's uncompromising attitude.

"Although there have been frequent accidents, it feels like the overall progress is going smoothly?"

Murata Himeko muttered with an uncertain tone as she watched the retreating backs of the four.

"I feel like Principal Theresa is acting a bit more natural because of Kiana and Bronya's appearance than when she was alone with Lierre," Raiden Mei summarized.

"Sigh..."

"Why are you sighing, Miss Himeko? Isn't the current progress quite good?"

"To think that a couple actually needs outsiders to adjust the atmosphere. Is this how a proper couple should act?"

Murata Himeko shook her head, then pulled a room keycard from her pocket and said seriously, "It's time to unleash my ultimate move!"

As night fell, the entire amusement park was brightly lit.

Having goofed off all day, Kiana and Bronya were each hugging a Homu doll, leaning sleepily against each other.

They had truly had a fun time today.

Murata Himeko brought Raiden Mei over. "Lierre, Theresa, we'll take care of them. You two keep going."

"What time do you think it is? Can't you see it's already very late?" Theresa rolled her eyes at her and said, "We'll go back together."

"Don't be in a rush to refuse. Look at what this is?"

Murata Himeko stuffed the room keycard into Theresa's hand.

Then, without waiting for Theresa to react, she scooped Bronya up into her arms, grabbed Kiana's hand with her other hand, and walked out without looking back.

"We'll be taking your daughter and niece back first. Wishing you a good dream tonight in advance!"

A few seconds later, Theresa's exasperated shout came from behind, "Himeko, just you wait!!!"

Left standing in place, Raiden Mei looked awkwardly at the blushing Theresa and said, "Principal Theresa, um... I'll head back first too..."

"Mei, wait a moment!"

Theresa stopped her and solemnly instructed, "Please help me keep an eye on Kiana. Whatever you do, don't let her go around blabbing about what happened today! Especially..."

Towards the end, her voice stammered a bit, and with a face flushed with embarrassment and indignation, she said, "Especially regarding, regarding b-b-b... booking a room, please make sure you keep an eye on her!"

Hearing this, Raiden Mei's cheeks grew a little hot. She quickly averted her gaze, not daring to look at Theresa and Lierre, and promised, "I will, please don't worry!"

After Raiden Mei left, Theresa slumped defeatedly onto the bench beside her.

The agonizing date had finally come to an end.

"Since we're already here, why don't we go broaden our horizons?"

Lierre pointed at the room keycard and suggested.

Having lived this long, she had never been to a love hotel before.

"Wh-what do you want to do?! I-I-I'm warning you not to try anything funny! No matter how curious you are about that kind of thing, there are red lines you absolutely cannot cross!"

Blushing profusely, Theresa hurriedly hugged her chest, her gaze full of vigilance.

In the end, Theresa didn't grant Lierre her wish, and they didn't go.
