Nina Jacobs was very happy with the location.
It seemed very private.
"Don't mention it. Just come find me if you need anything in the future."
Julia Spencer glanced at Nina Jacobs's backpack again.
"Ms. Spencer, I just got here and don't know my way around.
I heard there's a training class today, but I don't know how to get there.
Do you have a map or something?"
As Nina Jacobs spoke, she took a jewelry box from her backpack and pressed it into Julia Spencer's hand.
Inside the jewelry box was a gold-inlaid jade pendant.
It looked extremely luxurious and beautiful.
But the gold content was so low it was practically useless.
"It's so beautiful."
Julia Spencer's eyes lit up.
'Anything with gold is incredible these days.'
"The Alliance is just this tiny little place.
