"Nina, here's the intel on Beldane Island, as well as the list of who's going tomorrow and information on their Superpowers."
Ian Chandler brought all the firsthand information he'd gotten to Nina Jacobs.
"What's going on here?"
Nina Jacobs pointed to a name that had been crossed out on the personnel list.
The team leader was originally Adrian Shaw, but it looked like his name had been crossed out and replaced with someone else's.
"Adrian Shaw was originally supposed to lead the team, but it seems he suffered a minor injury and can't go, so they made a last-minute change to an Earth Element Superpower User named Levi Stone."
Ian Chandler explained.
"I see."
But Nina Jacobs's doubts weren't completely dispelled.
She would've avoided Adrian Shaw like the plague, of course.
'But for him to back out of the Beldane Island trip at the last minute... could that really just be a coincidence?'
"I heard about that too. Something about a sex scandal, hehehe."
