Silas landed softly on the ground, the aether armor around him dissipating into a mist of blue.
His eyes were fixed on the door to the warehouse.
A single tap.
Silas crossed the distance like it never existed, stopping in front of the door.
His hands trailed the door, then a sudden burst of aether exploded from his palm.
The door burst open, hurling through the entrance and hitting the wall on the far end of the place.
Silas looked inside, his brows furrowed.
"What happened here?" He asked no one in particular.
He stepped in slowly, looking around.
Every corner was checked meticulously, even places where it felt like there could be hidden chambers.
None of them were there. The place was truly empty.
"Did they know I was coming here?" He muttered, walking back outside.
"No, that's not possible."
Silas looked around, noting how everything was scattered, like the people there had packed everything hurriedly.
