Silas walked out of the bathroom, drenched from head to toe.
"Master Silas, you might want to change your clothes and dry these ones," Rion said in his mind, as aloof as ever.
Silas opened his eyes, then nodded.
He walked back into the bathroom, pulled his clothes off and put them in a corner.
Walking out, he went to the wardrobe and pulled out a new set of clothes.
While he wore them, he gave cursory glances at the bag she had brought.
Then at the earring on the table beside his bed.
After he wore the new clothes, he attached it to his ear.
He looked at the collapsed bed frame for a while.
"Who needs the frame? As long as I have the mattress, the rest is settled," he said, moving to remove the frame holding the bed at the front.
He placed everything to one side of the room.
Sitting on the mattress's edge, he brought the box closer.
It contained some fruits, cookies, drinks, and food.
Silas brought the fruit out first.
It was packed neatly in a compartment fruit box.
