Death is a tricky subject, so it was up to him to learn how he could use this chaotic energy. Bruce walked forth and down into the abyss. The moment Alex got into the pool, he felt some power working on him. His skin changing, hair losing colour and finally wings sprouting on his back. This form was locked in place, his shape shifting ability no longer under his control. Soon after he felt the elements around him shift, Unlike a normal jump, it felt like this time arounding some kind of authority was being forced on him.
It didn't take long for him to get to the other side. He found himself in a cave, from the looks of it, it appeared to be a mine. Tracks on the ground, walls perfectly structured and balanced. And from afar he could hear rhythmic picking sounds.

Alex's head suddenly got a hit of migration, it was as though his brain was about to split up in the middle any moment. This went on for a few seconds before the pain subsided. He tried searching his mind but he couldn't find any changes.
He put that aside and headed straight to the location the sounds originate from. As he got close, he made sure to hide within the shadow. Soon it started to get bright, whoever was mining also suddenly stopped. This got Alex wondering so he increased his speed.

Suddenly a metallic object hit his right where he was hiding. This forced Alex to jump out and dodge the attack. When he looked where it originated from. He saw a bunch of short fought humanoid creatures staring right at him with a scowl in their eye.
"It looks like a demon, Blunch attacked him once more" Alex could hear them talk, he tried to explain but the humanoid creatures sent another attack, this one was close to his face. He was able to dodge it but it scratched his cheek a bit. Alex wiped it and saw some bit of blood.
"Fine, talking is overrated anyways" The shadows under the humanoid creatures turned into spikes and all got a clean headshot without a moment of struggle. Alex was devoid of emotions as he watched this happen.
He walked towards one of the creates they used to carry whatever they were mining. It appeared to be crystal like, with multiple colours on it. Upon contact he felt the energy within him start to steer out of control. His mind gained a boost and everything he was struggling to understand finally became clear.
'Is this a type of cristal for energy and mental boost!? With this, I could understand my chaotic powers more, perhaps I can copy skills easier' He followed that by emptying the whole batch. Then he went on to look for other places where the crystals were being mined.
This time he didn't waste time trying to explain, he went for the kill. By the end of the day, he had already taken out 7 mining sites without leaving a word. Currently in the deepest region of his mind where his consciousness couldn't reach, there was a dark patch devoid of light, the place hosted a being Alex was quite familiar with.
"Good, give in to your greed, give in to your pursuits of power, your hero's heart shall soon become a thing of the past. But now how should I try to accelerate your transformation."
The entity whose face was fully covered in the cloak of darkness. Only the glowing creepy red eyes could be seen. Its voice sounded a bit excited. It thought it would have to work hard to get Alex to speed up his corruption and fully give in to the demonic energy which he has yet to tap into.
"Dear Alex, you have no idea what I have in store for you." He snaps his hands and the dark fog starts to steer up till an image forms. It was a Boy, looking exactly how Alex did when he was young. It was Alexia. Right now he seems to be in school with other kids.

"What abilities does he possess, and does he appear to have said anything regarding his reason to be here?" the King asked with a low yet commanding voice.
"That's the thing my King, from the mirror all we see is him walking in the shadows then killing our kin the moment they notice him. He never said a thing but he seemed quite interested in the Lumon crystals.
