Chapter 67 - Chapter 1: Unexpected Arrival

The morning sun filtered through the tall windows of U.A. High School Principal's Office.

Nezu was perched on his usual chair behind the large desk, fiddling with a pen, while Shota Aizawa leaned against the wall, arms crossed, hair messy as ever, looking like he hadn't slept in days.

The air was calm, peaceful…

Until a soft POP echoed across the room.

Nezu froze mid-spin in his chair.

Aizawa's eyes snapped open.

And then, in the middle of the office, standing with a deck of cards in one hand and a chocolate bar in the other, was Ren Calder.

"…Uh," Nezu said slowly, blinking. "Did… he just… appear here?"

Aizawa pinched the bridge of his nose. "…Yes."

Ren held up the chocolate bar like a peace offering.

"Morning! Breakfast?" he asked cheerfully, completely ignoring the stunned looks.

He shuffled his deck of cards. "Also… I brought cards. We could play. You know, before serious quirk testing stuff. Just… a warm-up."

Aizawa's tired gaze didn't waver. "…Ren. Sit. Now."

Ren tilted his head. "Sit? Or… teleport somewhere else?"

Nezu's small ears twitched. "I must say… the timing is impeccable!"

Aizawa growled softly. "We need answers."

Ren plopped onto the chair opposite Nezu, unwrapping the chocolate bar.

"Okay," he said through a bite, "so here's the thing. I kinda, sorta, maybe… teleported into the League of Villains' base last night. Accidentally. Maybe intentionally. Kinda. But I brought snacks and cards, so it's fine."

Nezu leaned forward, intrigued. "Accidentally or intentionally?"

Ren shrugged, chocolate smeared on the corner of his mouth. "Depends on your definition of 'intentionally.' I did think about it. Very hard. Then… boom. Cards and chocolate."

Aizawa's eyes narrowed, and his hair fell over his tired face. "…You are impossible."

Ren grinned. "Thank you! Compliments always help."

Nezu, ever the tactician, leaned back in his chair, steepling his tiny hands. "Remarkable. His quirk potential is even higher than we imagined. And he can maintain focus enough to bring chocolate bars into dangerous situations. Fascinating."

Aizawa muttered under his breath. "I'm going to regret today…"

Ren shuffled the cards dramatically. "So… testing? Training? Or maybe a friendly card game first?"

Aizawa's voice was deadpan. "…Training."

Ren sighed dramatically. "Fine. But the chocolate stays."

Nezu's whiskers twitched in amusement. "And that, gentlemen, is how we motivate geniuses."

Ren leaned back in the chair, stretching. "So… what's first?"

Aizawa's eyes flicked to the deck of cards in Ren's hands, then to the chocolate, then back to his face.

"…Everything," he said.

Ren smirked. "Perfect. Let's do this."

Outside, the morning sun rose higher. Little did anyone know, Ren's teleportation—and his unpredictable creativity—was about to make this the most chaotic day in U.A. history.

The chocolate bar was safe… for now.
